This was my third time visiting this Starbucks at this airport and what I will start off and say that there is one barista that is always cleaning the store and he always makes my day especially with his manager they always make jokes but the main reason I made this review was to say , the service was amazing everytime but I did have a little issue with my drink there was 2 fruit flys /nats in my pink drink and when the guy told another baraista that he was gonna make me my drink again . I guess the other guy was saying he needs to ring me up or something but I think he was new because the barista I knew told him to go sweep the floor and he was gonna do orders because “ I’m not going to be here all night especially if I’m doing everything “ and I definitely agree he was doing everything and the other guy just stood there on his phone and then proceeded to stand there with his hands in his pocket ....
Read moreI’m usually not a coffee diva when I visit Starbucks. I have a specific drink, triple tall flat white at kids temp. The kids temp is important to me and when I ordered my coffee it was volcanic hot. I asked the barista if it was at kids temp and she told me it was very demeaning.
I am a barista, coffee shop owner, and roaster. It was not at kids temp.
Since I paid almost $6.00 I asked her to remake the coffee at kids temp. With a scowl she took my coffee back, dumped it all back in the milk pitcher, and poured cold milk from the fridge inside the pitcher. Then she just poured it back in my cup and said, “it’s at kids temp now”

Read moreI would give them zero stars if I could. I purchased a reduced fat turkey bacon, cheddar, and egg white sandwich. It was clearly marked $4.60 but I was charged $6.90 plus tax! $7.32 total for a microwave sandwich. When I asked the cashier about it she shoved the receipt in my hand and said “that’s how much it costs. Here’s the receipt.” I didn’t have time to argue and felt bad holding up the line since they were extremely slow to start with (there were only 2 people ahead of me in line and I waited 20 minutes just to order!!).
