Subway — Restaurant in Lower Swatara Township

America's friendly customer service totally disappear when you step inside of an airport. This subway might be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The Staff was 3 teenage girls who was outside in the restaurant on their phones when we arrived. The moment they saw us they sighed, like oh no a customer they didn't say hi, they took our order while mumbling so whenever we asked them to speak louder they rolled their eyes and made it pretty clear we were not wanted. The moment our order was done, and we had paid, they immediately ran out in the restaurant back on their phones without saying anything. They did'nt even bother to give my mother her meal, so she had to reach over the counter to get it. After all this negative feedback it's weird nothing has been done to improve the customer service. Were this subway is a joke compared to all the other ones...

Ordered 2 foot long Chicken Cheese Dippers at $3 each. Did not qualify for making it a combo for $4.09 more. Had to purchase alacarte, so it cost over $11! Had to ask for dipping sauce. Fountain drinks are self-service, with free refills. Online states open until 8 pm, but the worker making the sandwiches stated the lobby would be closing at 6 pm.

Maybe not enough help? Not sure.

Time is 5:38 pm, and all employees disappeared into the back! See the empty counter! Turned customers away who want sandwiches. Will still sell drinks & chips.

Now the employee served a customer after the other one was turned away.

Does accept credit cards and Rewards program if you have one (I was not in the system by phone #) Need to ask for a receipt.

The reviews are accurate. Counter personnel was rude. I asked for a foot long and she made a half instead. They refused to give me a bag or hand me the receipt. I had to pull it myself, then left my sandwich in the edge of the counter closest to her. I dnt know if the last in the seating area was the manager but they were so busy cackling with her that they made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable and gross. Stand there with their arms folded and a annoyed facial expression left me wondering why they even showed up to work. I had to edit and be thankfully they gave me half a stale sandwich. It honestly was...
