Vincenzo's Little Italy 🍕🇮🇹🍝 — Restaurant in Lower Township

I have always had good experiences with this place until now. I literally order lunch from there every other day and for a while it was everyday. We get the same thing every time almost. Italian hoagie special (comes with a soda) and a small pizza with a ice tea. Every time it is around 17/18$. Today, this rude guy is telling me that it is $26.58 first and then I was like noooo way it is so then he says "Oh my bad it's 23.58" Even then, that's way off. Even though I think it's too much I give him my card info and hang up. I start talking to my boss about it and he is like "yeah that's way too much, it's always around 17/18$" EXACTLY. So I call back and this guy picks up again and proceeds to tell me how he is the manager even though I just heard him on the previous call ask another coworker how to ring my order up. LOL. Also that I am wrong wrong wrong and doesn't matter how much I order there and that I know the price isn't that much because IT IS THAT MUCH. Unreal. He was so snotty and belittling. They need to get better service answering their phones. I don't think I will ever order from here again.

First off, I would just like to say that we really liked this place. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars, is because at first, we felt somewhat unwelcome. The signs and websites all state that the restaurant closes at 10. We (as a party of 8) got there at about 8:50pm- 9pm. But we didn't wanna buy the whole place out.... we just wanted some pizza and we'd be on our way. Especially after a long hot day on the beach.. we didnt even care if we didnt get bread. However, as soon as we sat down, one of the young busboys made a smart remark about our party coming in so close to closing... I mean hey, we are a party of 8... we could have taken our money else where... but the waitress turned all that around. They were really polite and helped us get our food quickly, even though we now felt uncomfortable. As for the food.... THE PIZZA WAS GREAT!! we really enjoyed it and had a great rest of the time eating, and we loved the old school Italian music. If We're in the area again, we would probably stop in for another pizza after...

I love this place, aside from Sam’s on the boardwalk this is the only pizza I will eat. I feel bad I have never asked their names but the guys who make pizza are awesome so are the girls that work the front. I love when then do the dollar slices. I have had a few bad experiences but that all ended when a certain employee left. Now while I do absolutely love the take out side of things I gotta say I wanted to try the sit down restaurant and I was kinda disappointed. It was way overpriced for the quality of food. However the waitress was still awesome but I could have ate twice at the take out and still had some cash left for the price of the meal at the sit down restaurant. I just expected more honestly the food was comparable to olive garden at double the price. Lesson learned and I may try it again but I will definitely not stop me from enjoying some delicious pizza.
