It's just not a location I will ever patronize again as a customer. Not only is the food incredibly expensive, but the service is especially awful. As an FYI, I am directing my comments toward the woman who was managing the store in the late afternoon of 3/2/24. This woman's lack of regard for customers, who had to wait far beyond normal waiting times for their food, is an awful look for the brand and an embarrassment to ownership.
To be clear, I work part-time for a food delivery service. You can always judge the quality of a brand based on how management treats their workers and their customers. The manager in question on this day was surly, unhelpful, and couldn't even apologize for the slow service. And this was despite the fact that there were only 3-4 customers in the place.
Maybe the people responsible at Five Guys will make a better effort to train this woman, who clearly has no idea how to respect paying customers. Personally, I will never go back to this location for anything. There are better places for burgers with more reasonable prices, where the clients are treated with respect.
By the way, check out the cost to buy a burger, regular fries, and a shake. It's $28, plus tax. Who would have thought dinner for 2 at Five Guys would cost...

Also the cashier guy is very attentive in his job, when I asked for a veggie cheese sandwich, he mentioned it to me that it has no meat and it has veggies (names of veggies) and while ordering large fries, he told us that this will serve three people at once. I felt that he was smart because I and my two brothers were ordering three large fries and when he mentioned that these 3 large fries will be serving 10 people, we immediately changed our order to one large fries and one little fries. 3/4/2023 Well, after 2 years here I go again. Never thought it could get worse. This time I ordered in, mind you the restaurant was empty and they had about 6 workers. After waiting 20+ minutes I get home to an incorrect burger, ice-cold fries, and a watery shake. I only live less than 3 miles away so there is no reason for my order to be in this condition. We pretty much just threw the burger out along with the unedible shake and fries. I don't have the energy or hope to go back to Five Guys or even call corporate.
