Please reduce the volume of the music. Since its opening last year, the early morning and late-night loud music has been difficult for the neghborhood. While it's certainly better than during the initial promotional month last year, it can still be quite loud, particularly louder on weekends, starting as early as 7 AM. Please keep in mind that this particular location is right next to residential homes, and the noise has been challenging for the residents. It has significantly affected the quality of life in my household and my neighbors. Many people I have talked to seem appreciate your products and service over the past year, but I kindly ask that you consider being a good neighbor by keeping the noise level down. My intention is not to hurt your review, not lowering my rating, but I wanted to communicate...

First couple times coming to this location because it’s closer to my house was great…these last few times the girl taking our order didn’t ask for our phone number so we can get points so I had to ask her to put it in…it takes zero effort to do your job and ask that question…but this very last time I knew we had a free drink, we placed our order wasn’t even offered if we wanted to redeem the free drink and was told to move forward after placing our order. So again we had to ask the next associate to check to make sure and sure enough she applied the free drink for us. AGAIN IT TAKES ZERO EFFORT!! I’m so annoyed at the last two visits I havnt even gone to get my daily...

I usually buy two or three large iced Blondies a week from my wife. The price used to be $6.77. I went in tonight during the promotion and their price went up to $7.85. I asked the guy why the prices went up? He said they were trying to be competitive. There’s a lot of coffee places around them. How is raising your prices competitive. I can go to Starbucks and get their large similar type drink for under six bucks so that’s what I’ll be doing moving forward l. So the young man was accurate there is plenty of other coffee places around y’all, also it’s pretty sad that I couldn’t get an extra duck For both of my grandkids at the house.
