Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Lubbock

I too would give this Sonic zero stars. I go to Sonic just about EVERY day of the year. There are two that I drive by each day but this location on Milwaukee is closest to my house. I am disappointed just about every time I purchase there. I can purchase the exact same items at the Sonic in Wolfforth or the locations on Frankford, 4th or 19th and my experience is TOTALLY different. My drink and food are better at other locations not to mention the service. I feel like this Sonic is trying to cut corners to make more money or something. I am not sure. It is just not what I am accustomed to when I go to Sonic. I drink raspberry water. When I go to this location I have to ask for triple shot raspberry water in order to taste the raspberry. My son just purchased me a small cup with 40 shots of raspberry and there is very little in the cup. I have spoken to employees multiple times about my concerns thinking something is wrong with their machine but not difference has been made over the last six months. I find this very frustrating. Proximity to my house, it's great. Other than that, not great. 3 times out of 5, the order is wrong. Twice now, they've shorted us on Ched'r Peppers...and those things, while SO delicious, aren't cheap. They've gotten our drink orders wrong multiple times. It's worth it to just drive to Wolfforth or Frankford for a correct order.

EDIT: Previously I gave Sonic 3 stars out of 5, but after yesterday, I'm really done with this location, 1 star now.. Went after church to get a drink, they're out of Coke Zero...I mean, really? Your specialty is drinks, wth? Then that evening(guess I should've learned my lesson), wife wanted a banana split, so I went to this same Sonic..."We're out of bananas"...what the heck??? Then go to Walmart and buy a few! Wow, how are you out of so many things? I'm done, with this location. I went to the Frankford locationi and it was perfect as usual. Good riddance, Sonic...

I rarely stop at Sonic anymore. My family and I feel the flavor and crispness of the drinks have gone downhill and the # of items on their Value Menu continues to shrink. I stop sometime's to get burger patties for my dogs, but the last time I was ordering, I was told the patties come pre-seasoned now, which is a bummer, because I always order with no salt/seasoning. Recently, multiple local Sonics have closed off some, if not all, of their stalls due to being "short staffed". Positive's: Car Hop's are always pleasant & they offer 1/2 price drinks if you order through the app. Negative part of the app is that 3 of us in our home had our separate Sonic accounts hacked, and our debit cards that were attached to the app, were used to make multiple purchases of Sonic gift cards. It was a huge mess...
