Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Lubbock

Not to good today. Were out of regular pretzels told me it would take 7 minutes. After waiting 10 they hadn't even put any in the oven. While waiting a mother and daughter asked for small cinnamon sugar nuggets they were told no cinnamon sugar and that they didn't sell small size of nuggets. Should take that off the menu board if not going to sell them. Left without purchasing anything for myself.

Have not seen regular original pretzels here in months every time I ask told they will be ready in about 10 minutes. So if you go back by still don't have any.

If I could give a negative I would. Purchased a large pretzel bites cup and a drink. They handed me a small. I pointed it out and they said "well, we cannot give you a large..." Dumbfounded about that statement I asked for a refund. They refunded someone else (hope you enjoyed your free stuff). I told them it wasn't me, they looked for a few minutes then started helping others. Then told me "Sorry, cannot find it. " what in the heck is...

Walked up to 5 workers just standing there not doing anything but talking to eachother, tried to order there new confetti nuggets and got told it would be a 15 min wait then the coworker in the back with a rude expression said it was actually be 25 min that doesn’t even make sense, maybe if they were actually working and not talking they would have some ready, will not...
