I have visited this location twice due to my son wanting a single donut. The first time we waited 10 minutes for a person who was running drive thru to reluctantly take our order. This time we decided to pop through the drive thru. Well that was a joke. The cars were just sitting there without anyone taking the first cars order for at least five minutes. My son insisted on having a. Donut and asked if we could go inside. I parked and walked in to find four people waiting inside to order?! One girl is only doing drive thru and another is in back basically ignoring the counter. After about another five minutes she asks, has anyone been helped. It was like a song we all said no at the same time. She says, could you wait a minute we are super busy. Well while I was standing in the lobby I saw at least three car drive in to the drive thru. So you mean that people who came after us get faster service then people who have been waiting for service? This location is always under staffed with incompetent employees. I will not be back. There is a donut shop on 82 that are always super nice and helpful even when they are busy. Stupid staff can kill you business. Plus they never seem to have fresh donuts. Seems people order breakfast items rather than donuts here. I won't be back and I like to write letters to Corporate....
   Read moreI came through drive today for a mobil order I had placed, after waiting for awhile I had received my order and drove off realizing I hadnt gotten 2 of my sandwiches to which I pulled into the parking lot to come inside and address. The moment I came in and informed the women employee with glasses and red hair, she gave me so much attitude. Another employee came over to try to help while the red head continued to give me a hard time and made me feel dumb for coming in to ask for my other sandwiches. She was raising her voice and rolling her eyes because I could not understand what she was asking me. I apologized and the red head stormed off. Another employee came by to help me after and explain about the miscommunication which I appreciated but my first interaction was very embarrassing and belittling. I hope that person gets talked to about her attitude and customer service because that experience alone makes me not...

I order matcha latte cold most of the times, but I have been seeing that there is only 2-3sips at max, because they put a hell lot of ice snd may be just a very little actual stuff which we pay for. The owner or the franchise is so GREEDY that when I went today, I purposely asked for matcha latte cold but " no ice", and then they said its apparently a company policy to charge extra if I request no ice. ( which is obvious because these greedy people make all the money by not giving any coffee but just filling with ice). I do not know which adjective to use to describe these greedy people's way of cheating on peoples money! I checked it up on google and saw that that "Dunkin doesn't have any company wide policy to charge extra",but it depends on the franchise. Hence it's obvious how this franchise is cheating us.
