I've been several times now and have been very impressed each time. Value is amazing. Very friendly service and tasty food.

Service is great and the staff are clearly coached on that. They're friendly, prompt, and generous. They'll give you the whole run down of the food your first time. Tons of condiments once you've ordered which is really cool- house hot oil and every other condiment you could expect at a takeout spot.

Food is very good. It's not Michelin star or anything but it's fresh and tasty. Fried foods are crispy and not oily. I rarely find fried rice at takeout places worth writing home about and that's true here, I'll probably stick with steamed. Noodles are not special either but better than most takeout places in my experience- make sure to take plenty of condiments as it needs some doctoring IMO.

General tsos is easily my favorite item. Crispy and well balanced. Items are a bit hit or miss but they let you try them all so it's really on you to choose something good, and doctor with condiments as needed. For example the jalapeño chicken was a bit one dimensional until I added duck sauce, soy, and vinegar. Some of the fried dishes are sitting in too much sauce (orange especially) which makes it soggy too quickly, owners should consider tweaking the ratio significantly.

Lastly, value. The amount of food you get is incredible for the price you pay. Really can't emphasize this enough. They fill the box as much as possible, and personally that and the service are what will keep me coming back consistently over another local place or a...

Randomly got the recommendation to come here. Within the first 30 seconds of walking into the Restaurant it became our favorite dining establishment in Lubbock, Texas. Although this is not a restaurant with a traditional Waiter/waitress experience, you will be treated with the Pinnacle example of customer service this county has seen. It was our first experience so we were asked to sample every one of their specialty main dishes to ensure we enjoyed our order thoroughly. Personally, I am one of the most picky eaters on this planet, and there was not one dish that I wouldn’t eat at this Restaurant. Truthfully, I didn’t even need to order a meal at this visit because after all of the samples the kind staff offered us we were already full. We did order and walked away with a bill of $30 for food that will feed us for nearly half a week. I have never been more impressed with the atmosphere, customer service, quality, taste, cleanliness, and ambience of a dying establishment in Texas. For those who may be clinically depressed, I beg you to try the black pepper chicken because you will truly be cured. I had started eating here recently and I choose to have my rice separated from my order so I can eat it with my egg drop soup but instead she starts asking me question after question as if I'm being eneragated by the police,if I ask for what I want I am going to pay for what I want instead Emily the manager doesn't understand a word I have said,so twice I was forced to discontinue my order and go somewhere else which really made me angry because I eat there every chance I get but since this recently started happening I had no choice than to take my business elsewhere.The food is ok and I enjoyed eating there but Emily the manager doesn't know how to respond or serve her customers so that they will keep coming back,I have gone back two more times in hopes they would get my order the way I wanted it and yes I will pay for any extras but instead it happened over and over and I was forced to take my business to China Wok which is cheaper and they serve practically the same thing I have also seen customers asking for a refund when finding hair in their food from employees not wearing the proper hairnets for serving customers.
