I tell you what, If I could give this place a minus star it would be minus 10!! What I heard and saw was not only absolutely disturbing and rude it ruined our appetite. Couldnt get names, nobody wore name tags. One black girl was yelling out about "You know how those stupid white people are" over and over, then it had to be a manager screaming and making ugly hateful remarks to a worker, she just kept getting louder and louder, more hateful to the worker with every word!!! Something I really dont want my children seeing in public. Not a good example to set for workers of the next generation. The place to be having a work conversation should never be done in front of your customers, it should be done in private.. NOT FOR EVERYONE TO HEAR, thats not why we came into your place of business, we came to relax and enjoy our meal, NOT to see a manager or worker cry, be rude ,obnoxious I heard the worker apologize to the black female "manager" whom we shall call Tyrant with a Red shirt ( No Name Tags) , she apologized several times but the tyrant was not having anything to do with an apology but she seemed very happy to continue yell, be hateful and no concern for the customers in the lobby trying to enjoy a Sunday meal with their friends and family. Then one worker walked by our table who smelled strongly like marijuana ( another one in a red shirt). Wont be coming back to this store ever and from my knowledge of customer service the crew needs to be replaced. Didn't spend 45$ on a meal to see a Jerry Show. It was plain to see that whoever is running that store either doenst care about customer service at all or has no previous background of working in public and no concern about team efforts. Read moreFood was as good as you would expe t from a Mc Donalds. I used drive through and after a pause from the employee of 3 minutes of silence, I was able to provide my order. Once at the window to pay, I provided a $20.00 bill to pay for a meal of 10.16. The cashier entered I gave $30.00 and panicked because he had no idea how to give correct change. I, as a customer, had to e plain basic money handling to a person how is paid to handle money. I advised the amount to return to me and explained how the till would not be off because it thinks the overpayment of 10 was returned to the customer. The cashier has an automatic change dispenser that he pulls from and places into the till. After outting the change dispensed into the till, he would pull from the till to give to me. Once I got to the pickup window, no one was present. A young lady approached and look at the screens, was confused and asked her fellow employees what I had received thus far. I advised I had recieved nothing, she asked again to her coworkers what my order is and then the coworker cleared the screen of orders that were not cleared when divered so this young lady could see what she needed to hand out. Read moreI hate hate hate this McDonald’s. As a family we have been here in Lubbock for 16 years and this has always been our closest MCD. However I can tell you i have had more orders wrong than any right. I always have to check and then tell them what they forgot. I recently started driving for doordash and OMG it never fails their order is wrong, or something is missing. Where is the GM or manager? Do they not care. I promise you if you ask anyone, “Which McDonald’s is your least favorite” the answer is always university and the loop. I’m sick of it. Tonight we ordered after a long day in exhausting heat celebrating Mother’s Day and no one felt like cooking. There are 6 of us and 3 (not one) orders were forgotten 3 double bacon quarter pounders and the fries. The drinks were there so I know they saw the order. This place should be shut down, it lacks the management and the expediting it takes to make a great team.
