It took 26 minutes to get our very basic order today (1:39p-2:06p). Because we were waiting in the parking lot at space #2, I called to let them know that they forgot part of our order AND that our fries were now cold (gross). I was told they were bringing fresh fries and our missing items. When the employee came back out there were no fresh fries and I let her know. I was treated like I was the one that did something wrong! Again, I called back and asked for a manager. Ashley claimed to be the manager and I let her know what was going on. She said, "OK hold on a minute". After being on hold 2 m 48 s I was hung up on. I called back AGAIN just to let them know about the poor service in the hopes that they would have the opportunity to work on it. Ashley's response? "Well, you got your fries didn't you?!"
When we got home we discovered that a burger we ordered plain and dry was anything but plain and dry. It even had a huge special sticker with the special order instructions on it. Called back to let them know it is very important to process these orders correctly and I am told Christina is the manager, but she is in the restroom and can't talk.
UPDATE: When I finally talked to the manager I let her know if she makes this right I will update my review.
Manager Christina offered to remake my order correctly AND threw in drinks, as well. She said we could come for the order any day. We visited the drive thru a week later and the staff was friendly and honored our order. The order was missing a couple of items even though the manager took over to make sure it was correct this time.

Read moreThe service took a long time. I ordered a Sausage Egg Mcmuffin Meal Excluding the Egg. After I paid and pulled up to the second window as soon as I rolled down my window the employee asked me if I had the ice coffee. I replied yes and as soon as I was handed my drink she immediately said can you please pull forward interrupting my question of "can I please have a package of grape jelly." She said yes and I pulled up. I waited for ten minutes and when my food came out the manager holding my food sloppily carried it from the building to my car like she hated working there. She gave me my food and I checked for the jelly and it wasn't there. I got out of my vehicle and followed her inside. Instead of turning around and saying sir I'm sorry can I help you, she let me follow her inside and then asked me what she could help me with. At this point I let my frustration go and kindly asked for the grape jelly. She rolled her eyes and said "I'm sorry I forgot" insincerely. I didn't say anything besides Thank You. As I was walking out there was an employee taking the trash out so I held the door for him. He didn't tell me thank you and smirked at me unappreciative and looked me up and down as if to size me up?. I got into my car and felt like that was one of the worst customer experiences I ever had. Read moreWe did a mobile order at 4:10am and we pulled up to get our order at 4:20am. We were told their system was updating and we couldn’t get our order. It would be at least 15-20 mins. We ended up waiting 40 mins for the system to be done and when we pulled up to get our order our bag was basically thrown out the window at us. We asked for ketchup and our drink that we ordered. Took another 5 mins to get our drink and in that time we looked through our bag to make sure all our items were there. I’m glad we did because we were indeed missing an item and when we told them they said “we put everything in there” as if we were lying, we proceeded to give them the bag back so they could check for themselves, they come back 5 mins later with our missing item and the rest of our bag of food. This was the most ridiculous thing we’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. The employee who took our bag back through the window didn’t even apologize or anything for the missing item.
