An absolute joke of a Wienerschnitzel location and the trashiest restaurant I have ever visited. The customer service is worse than nonexistent, it is flat-out hostile. We visited the store on 6319 82nd around 8:00p.m. and were overcharged for our order. Once this was pointed out to the employee named Butunya at the window we were told we could not get our money back, despite the fact that we paid in cash. The employee decided it was a tough luck situation and gave us a half-hearted “sorry” and sent us on our way. In what reality is it acceptable for the employees to acknowledge that they overcharged a customer, but refuse to make the situation right? Absolutely no explanation of why we could not be reimbursed for their error and out our own money. I called the store as we left and they did not pick up. It took multiple calls for someone to answer the phone. Butunya ( or “Miss B”, as the employees call her ) answered the phone in a very vexed manner. She said she was the manager but when I asked for her name she adamantly refused and proceeded to get aggressive in asking: “What is this about?”. I asked again if I could please have her name as it would do no good in speaking to the woman who would not give us our money at the window and she told me I could not have her name. Maybe I am missing something but people refusing to give their name should not be managing any kind of operation. I understand privacy, but not in this circumstance. She obviously did not want to be tied to the conversation in any way. I refused to interact with the such BLATANT rudeness and coarse tone Butunya was using so I ended the call. The level of politeness and respect my family and myself were treated with tonight was, frankly, rudimentary. No one deserves how we were treated this evening and I am irked that Wienerschnitzel would allow this type of behavior from managers of their establishment. It is embarrassing. I am empathetic to the fact that it is a fast-food joint, but there are no excuses. Do better. Be better. This is our last visit to ANY...
Read moreI am absolutely appalled by the horrendous service I received at Wienerschnitzel tonight. I arrived a solid 30 minutes before their posted closing time, only to be turned away because they had already decided to close up shop early. The mangager on duty refused to serve me, stating they didn't want to "get anything dirty again."
Not only was I denied service during business hours, but the employee was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He spoke to me in a dismissive and condescending manner, even resorting to calling me "stupid" for daring to complain about their premature closure. To add insult to injury, when he noticed I was recording the interaction due to his appalling behavior, he threatened to sue me.
This experience was beyond unacceptable. The combination of early closure, refusal of service, unprofessional conduct, and legal threats makes this the worst dining experience I have ever encountered. I strongly advise avoiding this Wienerschnitzel location at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and take your...
Read moreI went and ordered a meal, I ordered six chili cheese, two sides of onions, and two large french fries.they gave me a tremendous amount of attitude mainly the woman at the register. Repeated the order appear to understand the order, she verified the order right at the window. When I got the receipt it showed chili dogs not chili cheese dogs. I asked her to verify with the person that was doing the cooking and he told her that the two sides of onions were in there along with six chili cheese dogs. The receipt stated chili dogs along with so even though she verified the order she got the order and correctly she gave me a huge attitude at the window. And proceeded to slam it shut when I try to correct her any issues. She assured me that they were chili cheese dogs so I left. I've never dealt with so much attitude at a wienerschnitzel I will not be...
