Love the location of this Panda Express as it is much closer to our house. We visited on a Sunday afternoon about 2 pm. Noted the parking lot was fairly full, the drive thru had about 10 cars. When we entered the building, half the tables were full and d 5 people standing in line for mobile pick-up orders. It took several minutes for one of the line staff to wait on us, giving me time to look at the entree bowls. As usual, the string bean chicken was empty, as was the grilled chicken teriyaki and honey sesame chicken. I also noticed that none of the cooks were cooking anything. Both cooks were in the back, and the girl that finally helped us had to go get one of them to make the string bean chicken and teriyaki chicken. Seems to me there is a breakdown in communication between the line staff and the cooks, allowing the line to have empty bowls when they were obviously busy. I am aware that this is a new location, but I have had similar issues at other locations of Panda Express. The food was good, and portions are generous; however, they need to work on keeping that line full and not having people waiting for the cooks to 'catch' up. We also noticed that cars in the drive thru had to wait for food to be brought out to them.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Panda Express location. I placed an online order at 6:00 PM with an estimated pick-up time of 6:20 PM. I arrived at 6:20, expecting my food to be ready. However, I ended up waiting for an additional 30 minutes and didn’t receive my food until 6:50. For a fast food restaurant, this kind of delay is unacceptable. Waiting for half an hour defeats the purpose of ordering ahead for convenience. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was no communication about the delay. I will think twice before coming back here.

I went through the drive thru here around noon on 4/24. I was greeted kindly and received my food shortly after pulling up to the window. The cream cheese rangoons were delightfully crispy on the outside and warm and creamy on the inside. The super greens were cooked expertly and had a wonderful garlicky flavor. And the mushroom chicken was absolutely delicious. If you like mushrooms and zucchini, this dish is outstanding. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and had a good time.

I know this location is new but man, it's really a longggggg wait! I enter and there's a quiet lobby with waiting customers just watching the employees slowly make the food. They are literally moving at turtle speed. I walk up to the empty counter and the worker and manager didn't greet me or even look at me. They didnt say anything for an akward amount of time, mind you im standing right infront of them. They were mumbling to themselves while I'm standing there looking confused! Finally the girl says what did you need with an irritated, dry attitude. I tell her I have a pickup order and she says nothing and goes back to what she's doing. I stand there like okay, so is it a wait? Is it ready? Like what? Just silence! placed the order at 8:20ish and it said it would be ready at 8:50. I gave them an extra 15 because i waited forever last time, so I showed up at 9:05 and still am waiting. I ended up leaving with my food finally at 9:31pm! Then to top it all off, they messed up both orders! I have neither the patience or time to go back 😒 going to other...

So the whole idea of ordering via the app is to have your food ready when you get there, right? Saturday afternoon noon but the restaurant wasn't horribly busy. Order was to be ready at 5:09 and I got there at 5:07. Maybe a half dozen people in the service line and 4 cars in the drive thru. I sit and wait and wait and wait. I watch everyone in line and about a half dozen more come in and get served. Finally at 5:20 the manager asks me the name on my order and starts working on it. I get my food at 5:25. I mention it's 15 minutes late and the answer I got was they were slammed with online orders. It would have been much faster to drive to the location, come inside, stand in line, and order to go. Last time I'll order online for this location.

They simply have no good plan in place to handle online orders and it's obvious that the people that are in line to order are much more...
