horrible service and wont honor there warranty program. so i stopped buying from best buy yrs ago but summer was coming and i wanted to try this new beats pro headset and decided to buy them from my Lubbock store. well as it is the way things go now days products are not that great and 4 months later the beats started to get a noise issue in the ear buds. so i took them to the store first oh yes we can replace them then oh well wait no there under apple care you will have to go to geek squad. ok 2 .5 hours later. sending them to apple ok well 8 days from drop off apple don't know where they are and geek squad best buy cant find them and wont answer the phone. finally apple gets ahold of geek squad and then oh they will call me back they don't know where they are and well they cant find them. so I'm out over $200.00 and well no beats headphones or repair. yes I'm going there after work to hopefully get something resolved. more waisted time on incompetent people. should...
Read moreWorst service ever!! if i can give them no star i would we bough LG OLED 65" TV from bestbuy and to be delivered and installed by geek squad, two guys showed up at the delivery day they mount it using our wall mount, after they left we checked thier installation to find out that they didnt use all the screws and they used 1 washer out of 4 ! we went to best buy to get them back to install it the right way, delayes and no response.. we went to customers service and they said it is safe installation even without the washers!! its 3000 $ TV !!! what if it fell and broke? who will cover it! the insurance wont
it has been over a year and now we moved , we want to mount the tv on its stand , to find out that the original package that we opened for the first time was missing 5 of M4xL20 screws!!! Now we have trouble finding them in stores

Read moreWe've taken 2 computers in to have them fixed so far. Although we are satisfied with the repairs, both took longer than the estimated waiting time. Neither time did we receive any communication regarding the status of our repair, even though in one case we waited a week past their estimated completion date before we called to check. In both instances we were told it would be ready in 1-2 business days. This has left us with the impression that they hadn't attempted fixing our computers until we called to check on their progress. I have no problem with things taking longer, but a phone call would be appreciated.
Overall, it seems as though they are overwhelmed and unable to keep up with demand. If you want your computer fixed in a timely fashion, you might try calling a couple of days before they are supposed to...
