For whatever reason my phone didn't take the pictures I thought it took so I'm going to do this review without pictures and here's what you need to know before coming to this location
keep in mind parking is wide open but they have a lot of spots designated for delivered to go at your car or vehicle
this is pretty much your only option in Lubbock Texas to be able to get access quickly did a hardware you need
The thing I want to focus on besides the fact that I was impressed with the organization of this Best buy compared to some other Best buys was the customer service this Black Friday morning
The staff throughout the front and back were friendly professional knowledgeable and I am grateful to say left a positive impression on me despite being somewhat busy with a multitude of people shopping around some deals today
came in and found a charger I needed at a discount actually universal chargers I'll be able to use this for my computer repair business for different kinds of laptops that clients bring me but what happened was I came out of town to visit family for Thanksgiving and forgot the charger for my laptop and need to get some work done
so super grateful they had an abundance of this 65 watt universal charger at a discount which matched what their website showed and was able to shop around some deals and solid state drives hard drives and other computer hardware for my computer repair business as well as an abundance of Mac products including the Mac minis which are a phenomenal option for someone on the budget with some firepower have access to an Apple Mac computer
had to check out the gal was super friendly knowledgeable and was able to get me checked out in minute and keep the traffic going and literally I believe checked out 20 people including myself in less than 5 minutes which was thoroughly impressive compared to other Best buys where it takes quite a while to just get people checked out
I did not use the restrooms in order to get a chance to really take advantage of exploring some of their other Black Friday deals but I will say that this is the spot to come to and Lubbock Texas for anything and everything tech and if I was still doing my computer repair business I would probably be married to this location as a critical computer hardware source with an abundance of inventory compared to some other Best buys that hardly have anything
they also had an abundance of desktop computers on sale that were quite impressive including an Nvidia video card GPU complete desktop build starting at $600 that was quite impressive with a 1 TB NVMe SSD which again is getting harder and harder to find a that kind of price point with the new Intel 14th generation processors which I really haven't found too many negative reviews on yet so if you're looking for also a gaming machine at a discount this might be the place to go to instead of going blind online

My sole issue which occurred December 5th picking up an online order and January 25 (last night) picking up another online order for curbside pickup. There are 6 designated curbside pickup spots available on the property. I was one of two parked and waiting. The extremely rude and sarcastic loading guy approached my curbside spot #1 and told me to pull up and park in the marked fire lane which marked with a red curb and no parking. This is a huge issue with me and I explained to that employee it was a fire lane and not a loading area. I went through this very same issue on December 5th. Cars and trucks were parked all along this fire lane illegally parked waiting on the extremely slow loading staff who donât give a damn about your safety as cars have to navigate through the illegally parked vehicles waiting for loading. Last night was the worst and the employee laughed and mocked my concern about the fire lane. This is apparently not an issue for Best Buy. It will be an issue I intend to take on with the Lubbock Fire Marshal as this is not for Best Buy to decide who parks in the MARKED fire lane. Best Buy is not going to pay for your vehicle when it is damaged by another vehicle in the fire lane that they themselves caused by telling customers you must park there for pickup. Best Buy will not reimburse you for the ticket you will inherit for being illegally parked in that fire lane. This is the second time I raised this issue with Best Buy. They WILL NOT deliver your order to the designated curbside pickup spots as they are too lazy to cross that fire lane to one of those six spots of which I legally was parked in. Thanks Best Buy for considering nobodyâs safety in picking up products from your Lubbock store. There are many other places that sell the same items as you and I am sure have a lot more consideration for their customers safety and concerns without mocking them and laughing at them. I for one will consider those other choices and will cancel my Best Buy membership. Customers mean nothing to you. Update: I have seen and followed up with the reply from the owner (Aaron) and reached Best Buy call center in Minnesota. I assure anyone that regardless of the owner response, nobody with Best Buy in Minnesota cares about your issues with Best Buy in Lubbock, Texas and I mentioned google review #64729456 and it was foreign to them. They suggested contacting the store, I have twice and I assure you they donât give a damn about your concern.    Read moreI am completely disappointed with a company that I have always held in such high regard above all other retail stores. I tried to return an item last night. I was told I couldnât. So I left the store and called the Best Buy customer care lineâŚ.. Everything about Best Buy is quite literally terrible. I had to call into customer care 4 times, first time I was being transferred and the car was dropped. I did not receive a call back. The second call was even more horrendous as Natasha the âcustomer care representativeâ advised me that she was not able to transfer calls. Third call I spoke with a representative for over 30 minutes before I was able to actually get a supervisor on the phoneâŚâŚ Anna, the âsupervisorâ on duty- this woman advised me that she found my receipt and said to go on and head back to the store because they would be able to exchange the item with no problems. I verified and confirmed this information with her prior to returning to the store. I get back to the store. The cashier is unable to find the receipt! I then attempt to call the customer care phone number one more time, while I was quickly going through the telephone prompt to be able to speak with a customer care representative I was approached by what appeared to be the manager on duty at this specific store, amidst all of this frustration and chaos, I am told from the manager that I needed to come back tomorrow because they were closed. This was at 9:14pm so 14 minutes after they had closed I was being told that I needed to come back the following day. Clearly this specific store needs to provide customer service training to its employees, including the a management staff! Incompetence to the highest degree and the worst part is that it was not just the retail store it was also every customer care agent that I spoke with at the call center!
