Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lubbock

Came in the other day for a normal medium hand tossed pepperoni for my best friend and I. The store front and parking lot area was very clean despite the amount of customers around like 6-7pm on a Saturday night. The back of the house was surprisingly clean and organized especially for this specific location which is fairly far from gentrified campus. Some brunette girl helped us out and took our order that night, she was very nice and had a confident voice when speaking to us. Our food was ready within like 20 minutes and the quality was still really good. We actually ended up coming back another night to see if this location was just THE location to go to. Went another morning and was helped by a tall lean young man with black hair. He was very nice and the service was extremely fast despite him working alone. We got another pizza, large this time. I would give it 0 stars if I could! Showed up early 9:15pm order was to be done at 9:30 so they told me pull around and wait out front we will bring it out we are early and we need to wait. Ok rude could have been nicer. Then while waiting the whole staff was playing ranks inside. Setting chairs up against bathroom door, tying door handle to table etc. So no one was working just playing. Then they would run around and flip the bird to each other on the cooler and such. Wow with customers waiting and watching with kids in the back seat! Super professional. So 9:30 rolls around no food. Still playing around and I went inside to get my food clearly they were NOT bringing it to me or letting me know it was done. Management should be ashamed! Definitely would not recommend eating here if you want cheese on your pizza. Ordered through the app for two one topping pizzas and an order of breadsticks. Paid and picked up my order, my fault for not checking the pizza until I got home. Opened the boxes and there was not cheese on approximately 1/2 of each of my pizzas. I could tell that there was not cheese because I bit into the pizza and there was not a layer of cheese just the dough. The pizza tasted terrible on what pizza we did eat!
