Serious health violations observed. Let's start with the food as that was the best of the whole experience. We ordered 3 separate meals for 3 people on one ticket. The food was dry, fries cold as one set of fries were put out with 1 meal 5 minutes before other fries were put out. I had to ask for our drink cups as they were not provided. The food took 25 minutes to be delivered to us. There were 2 customers in the lobby, 1 additional pickup for dasher, and 6 cars helped before our food was ready for pickup.
As to the preparation staff, we observed 7 employees (2 female, 5 male). Of the male staff only 2 (burger prep station) had gloves on thier hands, all others who handled money, food, and drinks did not have gloves on. Of the 7, 1 male had short hair (buzzed style cut) and all other 6 employees had longer hair on thier heads either tied up, pulled back and up, or just a pony tail. None of them had hair nets. Of the 5 male employees, 4 had facial hair all without a hair net. The 1 male doing fried food station (nuggets and fries) had dreadlocks tied up on his head and was observed several times scratching his head in the hairline and wiping sweat from his brow. He was also observed scratching his waist a few times. At no time did he return to wash his hands, but continued to handle customers food. I told the cashier I wanted him to wash his hands before handling my families meals as he was observed doing the above actions. The cashier said okay, and then after taking our order said something sidemouth to the employee and both continued to work on orders. In the entire 25 minutes of preparation not one time did this guy wash his hands and yet he handled atleast 20 customers fries, 6 customer nuggets, and no less than 5 cheese frie platters. I will not be returning to this location again. I will however make this report to the inspector for followup...

We (8 of us) were in the middle of a long road trip. Just wanted to pick up some food and get back on the road. So I got orders from all of the members of the family and tried to submit an order before we got in town, but the website wouldn't let us specify when we would arrive, so I had to cancel the order and place it again once we got in town.
As a result, they were hurrying to prepare our order when we arrived. One hamburger was supposed to be without mustard.
Staff members gave us the Frosties at the window and then directed us to go park and wait for the hamburgers/chicken nuggets/fries. We handed out the Frosties and... no straws/spoons. So we had to go inside and get some.
Kudos to them that they did have the food out in fairly short order, especially for that many people on just a few minutes notice.
Then we handed out food and found we were short a burger. When we went back inside and told them, the staff member insisted that they put 8 burgers (including the custom burger) in the bag. We searched the car thoroughly later and there was no 8th burger and we couldn't find any sign that we had received a custom burger (usually there is a mark or sticker).
All in all, it was clear this was a crew that handled a lot of food quickly, but they could really use less defensiveness and attitude. It was s $2 burger, but the aggressive response really soured our experience. I normally expect more from Wendy's, where things have been a step above other fast food vendors- it is part of why we picked them and not one of the competitors...
Read moreThere is always a long wait at this location whether Iuse drive through or go in . Because of this I rarely go to this location anymore. However, it is close to my house and was on my way running errands tonight , so I made the poor decision to go. When they handed me the order , they had stuffed the bag so full that when they practically threw it at me it ripped and my fries went everywhere, and they didn’t even ask if I needed more . I was so frustrated that I left without asking for more . Then when I get to my next stop I realize that they had given me a burger without bacon that was supposed to have bacon on it . So I went back at that point and went inside . There was no other people there but I still had to wait while they finished stocking before I was even greeted. Then when I told the girl what happened she said “ oh , that because we ran out of bacon “ . Meaning they needed to cook some bacon . So they could have just asked me to wait while they made more instead of giving me the burger with out bacon. Then while she was making me a new burger , the other worker there came up and handed me a slice of bacon which was meant to go on the original burger that I had already given back to the girl . No one apologized for what happened at all . Literally some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
