If I could give this place a “0”, I would!!! This was by far the WORST experience i’ve ever had at any Sonic!!! I reordered a previous order on the app, and when the carhop came to bring my order, asked him if my drink had the flavors in it (because it was supposed to look pink), and he said that i only ordered a regular sprite, so I showed him my receipt that I reordered from, and he (Colter) was such a smart ass about it!! he said that my receipt wasn’t the same date from todays date, which, keep in mind, it was a reorder from a previous transaction, and I was only showing him what I ordered. I asked him if they could just remake my drink with the flavors, and he said that they couldn’t do anything about it, so I asked to speak to the manager, and he WAS the manager…smh!!! I explained to him my situation AGAIN, and since he didn’t want to handle the situation, i guess he escalated it to another manager, so he came back to the spot I was at, and said that I would have to pay extra for the flavors that I wanted in my drink, which I was ok with, so I did, and after I paid for the flavors, instead of remaking my drink, THEY BROUGHT ME THE FLAVORS IN CONDIMENT CUPS TO PUT IN MY DRINK MYSELF!!! It’s their job to do that, not mine!!! that pissed me off even more, on top of the carhops rushing, and rolling their eyes at me while i’m trying to explain the situation!!! Read moreNot happy with this location! They have gotten my order wrong on several occasions. When you try to correct them on something over the intercom - they act like they understand, but it's only lipservice! They charge for one meal (double patty)& give another (single) of course you don't find out until you get home - unless you unwrap every item, which starts everything to chilling down. If they make a mistake & add the wrong item to your order, good luck getting it removed. Apparently they like to leave it on so they can continue to charge you for it as well. I'm done with this Sonic,as well as the other one on 34th. Btw, I have tried calling both places when there have been issues, neither will answer. I don't work fast food but it seems to me if all your stalls are full when school gets out food should not be sitting there. Both our hamburger and hot dog was cold and not just drive home cold it measured at 53 and 68 degrees in the middle. We obviously couldn't eat it so wasted money. The carhop stopped traffic at the exiit for about 5 minutes while people got out of the car to hug either great repeat customers or just friends being obnoxious at the work place.
