I rarely give bad reviews as I always give a place another visit, just in case they have an off day.
This Wendy's, though in prime location near a major highway, should rank as the worst one in Western Mass. Been there 3 times and each time I had a problem. Given the wrong meal, soda flat and burger bin stale and today, pulled up to the drive thru after ordering from my app but go not service after waiting for 10 minutes.
Since I already paid via the app and I wanted my breakfast, I parked and tried to go inside but the door was locked. Looked inside and did see people inside working so I go into my car and tried the drive thru again. After waiting for another 5 minutes of no service or anyone acknowledging that i was there waiting, I said screw it, canceled my order and told myself not to come here again. So shouldn't you all.
If you want anything chicken, go across the street to KFC, if you want a burger, goto McDonalds or BK down the road, if you want coffee goto DD or Starbucks near there. If you want to just use the bathroom, there's pride next door. If you wanna wait long and get unsatisfying service, I'd say head down to the DMV at the Springfield Plaza by that's kinda far but this place can...
Read moreToday, when we ordered kids meal. We chose for toys not games, yet they gave us games anyways. We went back to ask for toys or anything else, girl denied by saying that they have nothing to substitute, my wife told them, on app we could see there are options, she denied saying, she doesn’t know mobile app. Early I went inside for the order, I had to stand for a long time just to here my answer. Second time when we went, we saw a guy standing next to drive thru for 10 minutes just to place order in drive thru. Only our two cars were there, yet 4 or 5 workers were inside and were taking as long time they could. I really prefer Wendy’s over McDonald. Yet in this area I have to give credit to MacD. You won’t have to wait over 2 minutes. Even Burger King, bad fast food delivers fast service than Ludlow s Wendy’s.
And one time we could smell, cologne in our food. That’s violation of GMP (Good manufacturing Procedure) in food industry. Looks someone touched our food. Really...
Read moreThey started off strong and ended up Poorly managed. We were asked to wait at 10:45 for our food. We received it 20 minutes late after they attempted to give it to another customer who had been waiting before us. When we finally received it the associate seemed aloof about the wait. No apology or acknowledgment. We drove off to work and when we checked the food literally EVERYTHING in my order was cold. We went back and asked for a refund- the gentleman at the window was very friendly and very apologetic but the manager seemed offended and incredulous that the food that they left out for 20 minutes was cold. I guess it’s my fault?? She took it back- verified that it was in fact cold- told me she couldn’t refund the water bottles but mentioned that she would do me a one time courtesy of refunding it. Like…she was somehow doing me a favor? No apologies from her, no accountability- just literally offended that we didn’t want her cold food. Super...
