I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE THE CAKE WAS DELICIOUS AND THE LADY THAT HELPED ME WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! i called looking for a cake this past weekend for fathers day in lufkin (i live in houston) i needed a cake that would feed 30 people and it was last minute so after calling 2 other bakery and was told they were booked I called Arelys and she said she would fit me in the next day she checked in with me to make sure on time to pick up the cake and that everything i wanted on the cake was right because it was for graduation and fathers day i was very pleased with the customer service and i picked up the cake on time and got even more excellent customer service and the place was packed with customers too The cake was perfect and the best part it was delicious!!! The lady even helped me...insisted on helping me to the car 😊 while i was in the bakery i looked around at all the cakes and sweets that they had and wish i could have taken it all they all looked great!!! This was one of the best cake places we found for our wedding cake. Price was right the cupcakes we tried to see how the cake would take tasted great. Since I live out of state they communicated very well with everything to make sure it was right. Our cake looked beautiful and guests loved it. However our flavor was wrong. We had wanted a strawberry tres leches cake and got vanilla tres leches. I was so upset when we cut into our cake on our wedding day to find out it was the wrong flavor as we had been looking forward to this for over a long period of time. This was also the one thing my husband really asked for when it came to planning the wedding. Their decorated cakes look amazing. And their lemon cookies are delicious. But know that if you buy a ready-made Italian Cream Cake, it will not have traditional cream cheese icing. I just bought one to give to someone whose favorite cake is Italian cream... and it didn't taste like Italian cream at all. The icing was odd. It tasted like the whipped icing on a Walmart cake.
