Napoli's Pizza — Restaurant in Lula

This was our first experience here. The first thing we noticed was how clean everything appeared. We loved the hand painted murals on the walls. Beautiful work! The young man at the front counter was extremely polite, patient and helpful. The pizza was very good. I rarely eat the edge of the crust when eating pizza, but this was so good I ate every piece. Toppings were fresh and flavorful with just the right amount of sauce. The prices were fair for the pizza, but the cheese sticks and drinks were incredibly overpriced! Almost 9 bucks for cheese sticks is crazy, but $3.50 for a fountain drink in a small cup is insulting! Why would you do that? We decided against the cheese sticks because of the price. We did order sodas, though. The 7 bucks we paid for two drinks kind of tainted our entire experience. I should be remembering how awesome the pizza was. Instead, I'm remembering how they stuck it to me when I ordered a couple of diet cokes! Poor decision by someone! Definitely would've been 5 stars, but that decision cost...

This is the location in Lula, Ga. We ordered carry outs. By the way, they were delicious. While I was waiting, I noticed that most orders, in Lula, were "to go" ones, which probably explains their customer service. Their service does not match the food. When I called, the young man who answered the phone was distant, and I found myself repeating what I have said more than once. Once there, it was a long wait for the food, and nobody talks to you again until they bring out the food. Only one table had guests, and I noticed them to go unattended for a while. The food is really good, and well-served in this unit; but, if you intend to charge bigger restaurant prices, you must provide the service. So, the missing 2 stars are definitely for...

First visit today Got the garlic knots, small Greek salad and Chicken Parmigiana with penne pasta. Gave eat in order at counter. Dining area was nice setup. The food was great as well as the sweet tea. I actually had enough for leftovers. But JUST. But left satisfied for sure. The meal I ordered came to around 30 bucks, but is really 2 meals for me. I could have ate it all, but would have been a struggle. The chicken Parmigiana was well balanced with plenty of cheese and sauce, along with 2 chicken patties. Garlic knots were great, kinda light on garlic flavor though. Nice balance to them overall as well with the buttery parmesean it had. :) Gonna try the pizzas next time Good...
