Dadz Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Lumberton Township

My co-associate friends have been going to Dadz for the past few weeks on Saturday nights. When I found out about it I joined them. My first saturday night with the gang was on March 21st & I loved it! Being there & seeing my co-associate friends having a great time was awesome! Two more reasons I loved it was the service & the food & drink. My waitress on March 21st was Char (Charlcie) & she was very busy but managed to get my drink & chicken fingers to me in a timely fashion. She has such a wonderful personality that shows she cares for the customers & I appreciated that! My waitress on March 29th was Allie. She was very busy too but just as good with taking care of me. I made a special request for a type of beer that I got the previous week & she brought me out a glass of beer but it wasn't the right one. It was my fault for not knowing what it was called but she asked if I wanted to take the beer back for an alternate one. I told her no thank you & I will drink the one she brought so there'd be no waste. When I finnished the beer, Allie asked if I'd like to try the alternate beer & I said I would. Not the same one but the next time I go there I will ask Char what I had. The only thing I've gotten to eat so far at Dadz is the Chicken fingers & fries (delicious!) & I'm sure I will branch out to other thinjs on the menu with further visits. I'm on a tight budget right now because I'm getting ready to go on vacation for two weeks but I will still try to fit in the saturday night visits until I go. I like knowing that after work I can meet up with friends at a place I can really enjoy. I also love knowing that when I go to Dadz, I'm taken care of by people who care & want my visit to be great! On Saturday night (May 2nd) I placed an order for a Buffalo Chicken Wrap to take with me on the train the next day as I begun my vacation. Unfortunately I gave in to temptation & ate it that night at home as I was packing for my trip. It was delicious too! It made me more eager to try other things on their menu. I will! While I was away on my two week vacation, I honestly thought about Dadz & my friends on both Saturday nights. Now that I'm back home, I am definitely looking forward to resuming my visits. Dadz is that good!

I want to also say the customers I've seen at Dadz are very nice & respectful of others. As I walk in each week, I see a group of patrons there having a great time but never getting out of hand. They are enjoying themselves in their individual groups but join in with the dancing & karaoke singing which adds to a great Saturday night at Dadz. Dadz is a great place for great food and drinks! The service was wonderful and it made me overlook the price increases since covid. It’s always been a bit on the pricier side but the quality of food for what you’re paying is worth it! Our group ordered wasabi ranch steak tacos (absolutely delicious and well worth the $18), wings (yummy and huge size!), fried pickles (perfectly crisp), and a burger. The burger was ordered as a medium but came more well done. But it was still incredibly juicy and delicious! Over all with a few beers and our food our bill was around $95. Well spent!

The menu has something for everyone and with the main bar area and outdoor spaces it’s good for any weather.

The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was the tables were in not the best shape and this place could definitely use a deep cleaning. The floors were insanely sticky, and the bathroom was less then comfortable to be in with the cleanliness level and amount of writing on the stall walls. I’ve been a regular at Dadz forever. Last week I was MISTAKENLY charged for someone else’s tab. My bill was $17, and the charge on my bank statement was $135!!!!!! And when I called to get things fixed I waited days for a call back from an AnnMarie. And when I did speak with her, she was no help. She questioned why couldn’t I reach out to the other party (strangers) and ask them for my money back. She told me she was gonna look at footage, I ran do every detail leading up to what happened that night. She questioned me on why did people I didn’t know bought me drinks. As if we don’t know how being at a bar works. Wtf!?! Now here we are a week later and Annmarie has to yet call me back, I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages. This situation was handled very distastefully and I will not be returning back to Dadz. I will never spend my money with them again. Which is so unfortunate because this was my bar of choice.
