I NEVER write reviews, but Ian, one of the owners, lied to me from the start. I called to make an appointment for a liquid gel manicure and she scheduled me with Kevin. She also said it cost $40. When I came in- on time- Ian switched me to another tech, no problem. Ian insisted I had dip gel manicure on my nails, and I NEVER would use dip powder. Since I have been getting my nails done, its always been liquid gel. Then Ian shows me the only liquid gel they have, pink, and the jar was 98 percent empty. I only use clear. I had no other choice but dip. I had a very booked down week and this was the only time I had for my "gel" manicure. Emme my tech was very gental and that was a plus. I loved the color. I disliked the powder. Ian kept coming over to check if everything was good and told me next time she will order clear liquid gel for my next visit. Three girls had left the shop and at the register they all had paid $40. I did not get anything fancy and when Kevin rang me up, after talking to Ian, I was charged $45. I tipped my tech $10 and WILL NOT BE BACK. 1 week later my nails look horrible. They never looked so bad!!!! (Nothing against Emme, she was great and the place is clean.) The reason I had come here was the location. My nail salon unfortunately had to close due to personal health reasons. So sad, It was the best. Ian do not get liquid gel for me honey, you...
Read moreI started coming here about a month and a half ago. I never heard of this place before. I went by reviews and Google maps after my normal place turned me away twice (there closing time said 7 both times at 330 they said they had no time for a fill before they closed with noone in the lobby) the first time it was close to closing time. I called while leaving my other salon. They told me no problem. When I walked in I was greeted by Kevin who did my fill. He did an awesome job! I told him from the beginning as long as they come out good and I like them i will be back in 2 weeks as a regular. Well two weeks later I went back. I should of known better. It was a Saturday late afternoon. They were super busy. They had an older gentleman do my fill this time. I wanted a design in which he told me he could do. He forgot what it looked like and put gel where there shouldn't of been. Then tried to drill it out. I told him just paint them all one color. As the lady next to me was giving the other lady a hard time. When I walked to the car they were really streaky and a mess. So for the last two Monday will be 3 weeks I have delt with the color. I just no for next time to call and make an apt with Kevin or lan! Every salon has one who isnt as good as the next. It's fine. I will still go back as planned from now on. The nude pink is done by Kevin the...
Read moreI hate to leave this review, but unfortunately what should have been a relaxing pedicure turned into a not so relaxing one. I’ve come here a few times before, mostly for acrylics and I always ask for the manager because she is sweet, good at what she does, etc. But this time I wanted a simple pedicure. I’m not sure who I was given, she didn’t say hello or anything just got started. The water was scorching hot twice and was burning, I told her the second time and she then turned it to freezing cold. She was so rough with my toenails and around them and cut my toe once or twice (small cuts, but still OUCH) Then she proceeds to paint my toenails. Without really telling me why she had to remove the paint twice after she had cured them. I was skeptical that the paint job wouldn’t be good. She does her final coat and keeps it how it is. She used acetone around my toenails for any paint she got on the skin and it BURNED so bad. Finally she’s done, I pay, tip her and leave. The paint is not smooth in a few places, there was some paint left on my toes. But that isn’t really the main problem. It hurts to walk now because my toes and skin hurt so much. I’ve just never had a pedicure like this and I think management...
