Just purchased a mattress from a saleswoman named Augusta in Lumberton on Route 38, she was PHENOMENAL. I spoke to numerous mattress stores over the last two days (during the Labor Day sales), in hopes to land a good bed for my back. I had a major back injury almost 3 months ago, and have been sleeping on the floor since then. I’m still recovering, it’s critical that I get a good match for my circumstance, and I lucked into potentially not just the correct mattress, but the correct salesperson. I highly recommend the saleswoman named AUGUSTA there, she listens, is not high pressure, and she addressed every concern I had. They ran out of adjustable bed frames to due high sales, but I was willing to wait a little longer to get my bed setup, because….. I appreciated Augusta working with me, and not at me. Stay Far Far Away! Ordered mattress on a Monday; was scheduled for a Friday delivery, took day off from work, and mattress was never delivered!! No communication whatsoever. Called Lumberton Mattress Firm a dozen times and had to argue with incompetent salesperson who sold us the mattress in the beginning on the whereabouts of the mattress. Finally rescheduled the delivery for Sunday; arrived and refused to leave the mattress because the delivery guys’ records say there was supposed to be an exchange. What exchange?
