Little Shop of Pizza — Restaurant in Lumberton Township

Good prices. Good food. Yesterday not so good. Ordered a salad that came with olives and they forgot the olives. I called to tell them and the woman that answered the phone just said ok thanks for letting me know. No is there something we can do or showing any real concern. How insulting when I just spent my money with your business for my food to not come with what was supposed to be on it. I paid for them to make it any way they wanted and then blow me off about it. Guess they don't value the customer too much here. Lost my business for good. Over something so simple as a salad. I guess losing more money in the long run is better for them than losing a little money and fixing in the moment.

I called back again even more annoyed then before. She said what do you want me to do, I can send olives back. Basically she expected me to just keep what I had and be happy, but that is not what I paid for. I should have just sent the salad back and got my money back. Don't expect them to fix their mistakes. Just send it back and make sure you get your money and go somewhere else. So disappointed by a place I gave my business often. Maybe the lettuce was too expensive to remake me a salad. Idk

Had they have offered the olives the first call I may have been willing to accept, but they did not have one bit of care. Guess my business wasn't valued there...

We ordered a calzone, a stromboli, the shrimp and French fry basket and onion rings. We couldn't eat any of it. The calzone was crushed, with the cheese all over the inside of the box. Lots of mozzarella, but only a tiny amount of ricotta in one corner and the crust was bad. The stromboli had raw dough and was swimming in a pool of grease. The shrimp were very overcooked, hard and chewy. The fries were a wet, soggy mess. The onions were very dark and just as wet and soggy as the fries. The tomato sauce for dipping was bland and watery, as was the tartar sauce that came with the shrimp. Nothing was seasoned.

The person who served us was nice. At first they tried to charge us $10 more for our order than the website or their menu listed the prices, because he said the prices have gone up, but he did let us have it for the advertised price since it was already cooked and we'd gotten pizza there the day before. My Mom did enjoy the plain pizza, even though she didn't like the bland sauce, but I had the mushroom pizza. They use canned mushrooms and there was no sauce on mine except at the edge...

First time going here, I always order light cheese, well done, so I can get a crispy pizza where I can taste the sauce, and yes I pick it up not delivery so it doesn't get soggy. The folk on the phone and at the place were very nice and polite, the place was very clean too.

The pizza? Far from well done, very doughy and soft, and hardly any sauce at all on it. Even on the edge by the crust where you'd normally get the majority of your sauce, there were specks of sauce. So I wasn't able to taste what their sauce was like, just a mouthful of cheese and dough unfortunately.

For a place that is strictly about pizza, I expected more, especially when I ordered the pizza specifically, asking for light cheese and the pie well done. Maybe their other items are good, but the pizza was...
