Update after owners review: This guy is a LIAR! He said he offered but I was not satisfied. THERE WAS NO OFFER! Nothing other than He wasn’t offering anything or giving our money back. He offered no resolution! I hadn’t touched the food because it was not made satisfactory. My husband ordered. That was the “other person”. He was rude to a customer for no reason. Read other negative reviews on yelp and trip advisor. He says give him a chance and he will make it right on other reviews. No he will not. My husband is like the meekest person and this guy was nothing but arrogant and obnoxious and offered nothing like a reasonable owner would offer like another meal or money back or anything to make it right. Just rude and ridiculous! Original review: By the way I see previous reviews where the owner says he values customer’s opinions...NO he does not. We came in calmly and asked for a refund because the food was not made properly or too our liking...He basically says we don’t know what we are talking about and we didn’t read the menu..and we are ignorant. Hmmmm... read review below...go at your own risk! Do NOT GO!!! This is the WORST! The food I didn’t even get to taste because this ignorant coward of a man said Im not giving you your money back when he made the dish WRONG in the first place! Menu says for Lad Nar “Thai soy sauce gravy over a bed of wide rice noodles” I get bowl quart of soup like gravy and a small separate container of wide rice noodles. I have been to numerous numerous Thai restaurants and this dude says that’s how they make it and that I didn’t read the menu. When I brought the menu back in to show it to him, I read the menu to him and he says that’s what “over a bed of noodles means”. Excuse me but I understand “over” and “in a separate bowl”are TWO different meanings. I looked at the menu to see if I had it right. He says it’s in a bowl and when “I” pour it over the noodles then it will be on top of the wide noodles. That’s like ordering fried rice and they give me the white rice and the vegetables for me to fry it at home. Some dishes are meant to be separate like Thai curry. Some are meant to be ALREADY assembled and NOT soupy like pad Thai, drunken noodles, and LAD NAR too! This man (the owner) is one of the most ignorant people I have met in my entire life! If you think you're getting authentic Thai food, you are in for a big surprise...not in a good way. Their food is American Chinese pretending to be Thai. Everything is sweet. Oh, don't even bother saying or asking for any items that an authentic Thai restaurant would have like "prik nam pla" because they do not know what it is. Their pad kapraow is just bland ground meat stir fry with strips of bamboo shoots (none of the garlicky sauce) that pad kapraow are known for. It's a shame and a waste of money. If I wanted Chinese food I would have gone to a Chinese restaurant. Please do everyone a favor and do not label yourself as authentic Thai, when you're clearly not. Thai food that are cooked by authentic Thai chefs are well balanced between sweet, savory and sour. Every single dish my family and I got from your kitchen tonight were no other flavors aside from sweet. I had asked to speak to the chefs, and what a let down that was, no one came out to speak to me, instead the waitress just told me that is how the "pad kapraow" are made and it's not a mistake. This is a total insult to one of the most popular dish known in Thailand. Even my 13 year old son knows this is not Thai food. Another reviewer had taken a picture of your exchange/refund policies. What a scam, if I had saw this piece of paper, I would have never step foot and wasted $66 at your establishment. Irresponsible. Do not believe the positive reviews! We were fooled! This was the worst “Thai” food I’ve ever had. I can’t even insult Thailand by calling that Thai food. It was saturated in sauce, no vegetables at all in the pad Thai, no flavor, garlic chicken was floating in sauce and looked like nothing I would even feed my dogs. Spring roll tasteless and foul. The salad dressing smelled horrible I should have known from that moment to leave and not eat anything from there. Wonton soup was sour and the meat did not look cooked. The rice was not fried let alone done cooked it was wet and soggy and the pineapples were not fresh it was definitely from a can and sour. Please do not eat here and waste your money until they get a suitable chef that can actually prepare Thai food. We have never left so much food on a table untouched. I’ve never been so sad and disappointed after eating Thai food. Please get a new chef they do not value what they present to their patrons. Only positive is the cleanliness.

In response to the owners reply: I did bring it to the waitress’ attention that the food was not good and I did not want a to go box for any of the food and she said nothing in response. She did not ask what was wrong ever during the duration of the meal or after the meal. And note the sign on the wall that I took a pic of regarding the refund/complaint policy so I already knew you would not address my issues and it was clearly seen that they were not taken...
