Belk — Local services in Lumberton

The employees at this store do not now how to speak to customer on the phone at all. Adam the manger on duty is a joke, he put you on hold for a few mins while he stands there no doubt not looking for what happen to my order then he come back on the phone to blame the lady in HR, and say she did not mail the items out until Thursday. then he says he has no control over the mail HELL neither do I, But if you would have mailed my item out on Monday i might have received it by Friday I ordered my items last Saturday Morning, am just one county over less than a hour away. AS I asked to speak to the store Manger he laughs and says they will not be back to until this Saturday. the lady who place the order was no better her ass did even give me a number to track my items. If i had to rate this store you would get a -0. Guess i will see what happen when i speak with Zax the Store manger, Adams already laughed at him so he might not be any help in locating my shoes. Meanwhile i now have to go look for another pair of shoes that i needed...

I was surprised to see all the clothes from last season on sale. There wasn't much to choose from. All last seasons clothes. I walked around in men's Dept for an hour and half and never saw anything that I would want, even if you would have given it to me. Yes, the sale prices were great, but just not anything to really choose from. I love shopping at Belk. Was prepared to use 500.00 of my budget for clothes. Guess I'll try Belk in...

I hope customer service gets better for the Christams season. Cashiers talk more than they check out customers.
