Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Lumberton

We stopped by this past Sunday. We got there at 4:05. Based off how long the drive through line was, we figured we’d have a better time going inside to order. We get inside and there’s quite a few people there. We stand in line and finally place our order at 4:20 PM to go. We stood back and watched everyone who’d ordered before us and many people who ordered after us get their food. By 4:45, we still hadn’t received our food. We approach the counter again and ask for a refund because my sister’s memorial services started at 5. The girl who took our order had an attitude about it and went to get her manager. She comes back out and says they don’t have the cheese that was requested and asked said “you can have another cheese, and I’ll see how long it’s gonna take.” 25 minutes and they hadn’t even began to make our order. It wasn’t a huge order. We’d only ordered two sandwiches. When the manager finally comes out, instead of apologizing for now a 30 minute wait, she starts complaining to the person behind me about how short staffed she is while 10+ people are working behind her. It takes another 10 minutes to get the refund. We ended up being late to my sister’s service. I couldn’t believe the unprofessional, disorganized and complete lack of customer service this place has. Also when the girl who took our order went into the back, three other girls and one male popped their heads out from behind the kitchen to point and laugh at me. This place made an already terrible day even worse. Save your money. Save your time. Eat somewhere else. I don’t know know what was more disgusting; the store or the people...

I got there at 9:00 pm in which they did not close until 10:00 pm and went to the counter and ordered my food and while my boyfriend was ordering his food I went to the restroom. The bathroom was full of flies which was really weird. When I was done I came back out and my boyfriend was fixing our drinks and had sit my cup on the counter while he was fixing his and one of the employees started spraying bleach all over the counter where my cup was at so he picked my cup up and she carried on about her business (no excuse me or anything) We found a table and he went back to get our food and I went to get ketchup out of the dispenser and when I pushed the handle down a gnat flew out of the spout so i threw that away and ask for packs and I did pull the employee to the side and tell him why I ask for packs. While we are eating the employees are on the other side of the both cleaning that half of the store and the clorox smell was really strong in the building. The chicken strips came out overcooked so they were a little on the hard side. When we were done eating which was around 9:30 we got up to throw our trash away and the whole foyer had already been mopped with no wet floor signs. The only wet floor sign was in front of the bathrooms. There were other customers in the store. I'm very displeased. Not sure of the policy but would of really been nice to each without smelling clorox and not having it sprayed around my cup and not risking it getting on my clothes when reaching for straws, ketchup...

By far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had! I arrived at this location @9:34: it’s like seven cars in the drive thru: I decide to wait! I made it to the speaker to place my order around 9:50 pm- the young lady was so rude: she kept trying to rush me and continued to cut me off while placing my order; to the fact that she charged me for a whole combo at $8.29 that I didn’t ask for! I asked for two Cobb Zalads; one with grilled chicken and one with fried chicken( no onions) I make it to the window to pay @10:00:37! A guy takes my payment! He’s then directed by others to leave or whatever! (While five more employees are standing all looking confused at pointing at me thru the window!

After waiting about 3-4 minutes: a young lady acknowledges me that I can only get fried chicken on the Zalads: no grilled chicken! So it’s late; ok whatever! I already paid $31.10!let me get whatever is available! Finally get my food @ 10:07 p.m.!!(never got asked to pull up or no one even told me why I had to wait another seven minutes after paying? Never checked the bag: When I get to my friends job to drop the food off! The whole order was wrong! Why do I have a number one snack meal: when I asked for a simple four piece tender( no combo)! Why do we have no ranch in the bag for salads? Why do we have no utensils in the bag? Why did no one tell me that this was the wrong Zaxbys to...
