Dunkin' — Restaurant in Luray

I have given them 3 chances to improve and this last visit was it for me. On my first visit I wanted a Chocolate milkshake and was told it would be 10 minutes to make..I am like umm okay should not take that long. Well it was 30 minutes before I got the milkshake and when i got it the cup lid was not on tight and it was dripping down the sides. On my 2nd visit I again wanted a chocolate milkshake and was told to pull around and then was told that they were out of chocolate ice cream, how in the world can you be out of chocolate ice cream when that is a very popular flavor..then this past saturday night my daughter wanted a milkshake at 715 pm and was told that they were cleaning the blenders for the night and could not get a milkshake..it is 715 pm you close at 8pm there should be no reason to clean them that early and lose business like that ..yea i know you want to get out of there at 8pm when you close but geez you all need to think about your customers as well..needless to say Flotzies got...

Best Sauna in town! I can't believe they converted the interior of this Dunkin into a Sauna, WOW! I walked in and got some donuts and coffee. I was surprised to find the temperature a blazing 98 degrees. A little low for most saunas but it did the job nicely. The service was fine, but because of the heat the glaze was melted off my donuts and my iced coffee was now room temperature. I discovered I really hate lukewarm coffee, Thanks Dunkin! Oh, the AC was just broken, NOT a real sauna. The unlucky employees of this location have to toil in ungodly heat just to serve food that gets ruined because the company won't fix the AC. Please fix the AC for your employees and customers. I pray for the next unfortunate soul who walks into this blazing hellscape and for the employees who work for an institution that seems to truly not care for their health...

Stopped by for an ice cream after visiting Louray Caverns on a Sunday afternoon, Overall bad experience.

First off, they were out of a lot of flavors, they made excuses that they did not get in their order yet. Ok, so went over to the coffee side to get an iced coffee instead, however now they were out of the flavor we wanted…guess they just are not used to customers on the weekends.

My wife used the restroom, and came out saying they were out of paper towels and the sewer had backed up…very unsanitary.

As we left, had to use only one side of the door, as the other had a sign that said broken do not use.

Would I go there again…absolutely not. Would I...
