Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Lyman

New location that’s on the smaller side. I was excited that they were going to open one in Duncan, as the closest one to me is Pelham Rd which takes about 20 minutes compared to 10 here. Unfortunately like the other reviewer mentioned, the portions they gave me at this location are smaller. I have been to a bunch of Chipotle locations for years and never really had a problem with portions except this one. I ordered in-store and all the portions were quite small except for the honey chicken and lettuce. They were like half tongfuls; I asked for extra fajita veggies and she gave me only 5 strings of them. I asked for more then it was 3 more strings. If it wasn’t for the lettuce, the bowl wouldn’t be filled to the top so it doesn’t touch the lid. I’ll wait some time and give them another try since they’re new but if it’s the same smaller portions, I will unfortunately be going to the other...

Visited for the 3rd time today and decided it was time to accept my past experiences were not coincidences. This location, as mentioned in other reviews, serves significantly smaller portions than what I’m used to. The rice is ALWAYS undercooked, and despite the employees working having time to talk and laugh, the lobby is very messy and nasty, with food on the tables and floors, as well as overflowing trash. The serving bar also had food all over it, with ingredients mixed in with the sour cream etc…The customer service from everyone other than the young lady who started my order (I regret not getting her name) was subpar. I’m sure this location will stay busy right now as they are new to the area, but if they wish to attract consistent clientele/customers, they need a serious revamp of pretty much everything and ESPECIALLY...

First time I ordered from here, I requested for lemon slices. As a previous employee I know they have lemon slices prepared and ready, well, they lied and stated that they don’t have lemon slices. I let that one go, because it wasn’t a big deal. With the same order they gave me stale chips that ultimately gave me a partial intestinal blockage. Whoever is in charge of the chip station needs to replace the chips after so many hours pass, it’s protocol. Second time I ordered I purchased a burrito bowl. The white rice wasn’t mixed well, on the bottom of my bowl there was a lump of salt. When I took a bite.. it was as if I was tasting the ocean. I couldn’t even eat it. I love chipotle, especially as a former employee (years ago) but I have never encountered these issues before. Makes me worried next time I...
