I wasn't familiar at all with this area until I started working nearby. Normally I shop online or go to my regular spots in Simpsonville and Pelzer. First time I noticed this spot I didn't have time to check it out because I was rushing back from my lunch break as usual.

I had some time to kill the next week and figured it would be a good chance for me to stop in and check it out. I was glad I did. The owners were super nice and I chatted up one of the employees who was really friendly and not at all pushy. I didn't really need anything in particular that day but did end up buying some cotton because it was a decent price. This is now my go-to spot if I burn out a coil or need anything while I'm up in this area for work.

I was there for less than a minute. I was running late and this shop was on my way to work so I figured I'd stop in to grab a few coils. The first one neither employee knew what I was asking for, even though other stores in the area carry C cell coils and then struggled to find coils for the Ego tank I run as well. After watching one of the associates struggle with a simple request and not having what I was looking for or really seeming to know what it was, I left. I'll loosen my schedule and go to other stores. It was always a mystery why I worked with several people who vape and no one went to their store....

As a truck driver it’s nice to find a place close to a major highway and truck stop, and being open during this pandemic is appreciated.

Staff wasn’t entirely too welcoming and friendly. In the roughly 10 minutes we were in the store two out of the three employees working spent a lot of time looking at their phones and when we asked questions they continued staring at their phones and took a while to respond. The prices are somewhat steep which we wouldn’t have minded if the staff were friendlier.
