Edit: Wow this place just keeps getting better šŸ˜ came by for lunch again and tried my favorite thing yet! The Chicarron Sandwich which is a pork belly sandwich. Such juicy and flavorful cuts of meat with a huge portion! I put the Yellow sauce (Spicy Aji) and it was perfect. I’m so full and happy! Edit: I came for a third time to try the burritos. It was massive and full of fresh ingredients. Can’t even compare to chipotle because it’s completely different flavors and ingredients. You can build your own or they have Colcas Chicken burrito that has a premade recipe. I went for this and I am very glad I did. I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back and try something else! Edit: I came for a second time and tried the Lomo Tallarin. It’s noodles with Beef, peppers, tomatoes and onions. It was cooked perfectly and the beef was delicious. It had massive portions to. Personal preference would have been adding more of the ginger and garlic to add a stronger flavor. It has soy sauce and that kind of took over all the flavor of the dish. I would give this dish 4/5 but I think it’s mostly personal preference. My anticipation has been rising as I had heard people talk about Colcas. Finally was on this side of town to try it. They blew all of my anticipation out of the water. The staff was very helpful and attentive with recommendations and I settled on the Pollo a la brasa with the half chicken. I tried the plantains and potato’s for my sides. I was then happy to hear they make their own sauces in house. Everything was cooked perfectly and FULL of delicious flavors. My favorite sauce was the green jalapeƱo I could not get enough of it. It’s probably safe for my bank account that I live on the other side of town because I would eat here way too much. Excited to bring my wife here on a date. Thanks so much for bringing new and delicious food to LYH!

I had the Beef Lomo Saltado and the 1/4 Roasted Dark Chicken, Puruvian rice, steamed rice, plantains, and Yucca Fries and the Chicha Morada. Holy moly! This concept NAILS IT! The food is legit, not watered down gringo food. The seasonings and the smokey flavor from the charcoal absolutely slappedšŸ”„šŸ”„ I'd never had the Chicha Morada before it's a juice made from corn sugar...think Inca soda dating back to before soda! The fusion of flavors is my favorite part of Peruvian food. It's nothing like your local Latin American restaurant. Think fusion of Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Inca. They had stir fry noodles but with Peruvian ingredients, also have a burrito bar similar to other fast casual spots, but the ingredients and flavors absolutely crushed Moe's, Chipotle and Qdoba and I like all 3 of those concepts! Bravo PapiOso, me gusta tu cucina! mucha suerte con tu negocio

We’ve been to Inca Grill before and decided to give this place a try. The service was great. The co-owner took good care of us as we wanted to try a little bit of everything. We enjoyed the lomo saltado which is great at both places. We were disappointed with the Bistec A Lo Pobre, as it lacked flavor. The chimichurri sauce wasn’t flavorful as I have had before. The egg was overdone, which I think should add to the dish. However, the sides were still great. Everything else was delicious. I really liked how they have the sauces. The empanadas where great! If you have never had Puruvian food before, this is the best place to go to and try a variety. If you like it and want more adventurous foods, I’d recommend you then try Inca Grill downtown. I would like to come back and try the lomo saltado with noodles, churros, and the flan.

This was my family’s visit. We saw the advertisements on television so we decided to try it today. The staff was very nice and helpful with trying to understand what I was asking about the food. I don’t eat pork so I wanted to be careful about ordering anything with pork. (I let the staff know that) So… I ordered the chicken and two sides and I saw that they had ribs. I asked the cashier (he was not the one answering any questions about the food, he came out of the back to ring us up) if the ribs were pork or beef? He said they were ā€œbeef ribsā€ā€¦ so I ordered a rack and sit down to eat. The chicken plate was so good. Everything was nice and hot. The yellow sauce was very delicious. But when I got to ribs something was not right. My mom said ā€œthe bones are too small for those to be beef ribs. So I had to throw them away and waisted $10 on the ribs I was told that they were ā€œbeefā€. So I went and asked the cashier if he was sure that were beef ribs and he said ā€œyes… let me checkā€ He came back and said they were ā€œpork, I’m sorryā€ and giggled, then he ask ā€œwhat will happen? Are you allergic? I said ā€œyes I will break out in hives. At this point he still smiling and said ā€œI’m sorry againā€. Overall the food I was able to eat (chicken plate) was good, but if a customer has a food allergy the staff should ALWAYS TAKE...

Overall, a high recommendation. The food is mostly good, the staff is very nice, the prices are fairly reasonable, the wait times aren't bad, and the place is bright and clean. I have tried a few dishes but the highlight is the chicken. They have whole chickens available that they cut to order and it is the tastiest item I've tried. The bar items (tacos, salads, etc) are like Subway or Chipotle, where you add as you go down the line. These are the best items for price and have a ton of variety. There is also a cook to order menu and that is where I had a bit of a hit and miss. I tried a noodle dish, which I guess I misunderstood how it was based on the name, but it was a very large helping. The dish was pretty bland though. From the noodles to the beef, nothing had much flavor. That has been the only dish I wasn't very happy with. My mom loves their salads and looks forward to getting them often. Small salad is a fantastic price but the large salad was weirdly in the same size bowl? Still a decent deal but very confusing for us.

If you get the tacos, make sure to add some stuff from the bar. It will be a bit plain without. They use Cholula hot sauce, which goes with nearly...
