July 2, 2024: I pulled into Timberlake Rd Bojangles drive thru today at around 3:30. I ordered 2 four piece supreme tender combo meals, and a supreme tender rice bowl, 2 sweet potato pies, as well as an additional medium pink lemonade. I had not been to Bojangles since last year, but I was moving today, everyone was hungry, and thirsty, so I decided to get some Bojangles. This is usually one of the few fast food restaurants that I still go to, especially being that they have gotten extremely high, less of a quality of food, and awful customer service. I also can cook very well myself, and I cater. The total of my order was $37.00 for 2 combos, a total of 8 tiny tenders, 2 small fries, 3 medium drinks, and a small bowl of rice with one tender on it. The cashier didn't greet us, said "hold on", we waited, and ordered, she seemed confused, and was consistently rude during the whole order. When I got to the window, again, she didn't greet us. She had gotten the type of chicken wrong for the rice bowl. I called to her to tell her, she didn't say anything, just roll her eyes the whole time. Took my card for payment, handed us our food, all saying nothing without even thanking us. I asked for the manager, simply to say, for as much money as this food costs, he needed to address her attitude and how rude she had been. He came over and said aggressively, what's the problem. I was about to explain when he cut me off, and said is there a problem with your food, is your food good, what is it? I said nevermind, what's your name. To which he replied Jason, why what's the problem, we busy. I told him there is no one there, not in the drive thru or the restaurant, only three cars total in the parking lot, and drove off. If that is the only type of management they can afford, I know how to eat at home. It will take me about $15 to make enough tenders for my whole family, and $5 for a bag of fries. My sweet tea tastes wonderful at home. Also, in answer to his question of was there a problem with my food, YES IT WAS A PROBLEM, HE GAVE ME COLD OLD FRIES AND HOT CHICKEN TENDERS,, THE TEA WASN'T VERY SWEET OR GOOD, THEN HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO COME TO THE WINDOW BEING RUDE AND NASTY.😳😳🤔 I have chronic health issues, so I didn't blow up and cuss him out as he deserved. It's not worth it to me. Jason, and his nasty attitude can keep handing out nasty cold food. I for one won't be back, and will surely tell everyone I can that the food is overpriced, not of good quality, and poor, nasty customer service. Happy Fourth...
Read moreI feel a class in customer service would be appropriate for the cashiers here. My son and I went inside to order the cashier heard my son tell me exactly what he wanted then we discussed the cheapest way to order it. Deciding a a kid's macaroni and cheese meal and substituting the mac and cheese for French fries, Bo rounds and a biscuit. I proceeded to order a pie and an extra bow around leaving the store getting all the way home just to realize that they had made a mistake no big deal people make mistakes everyday I tell my son so we go back to the restaurant and I go inside and and confront the guy and tell him what happened he proceeds to turn around and tell me that it was my mistake because he can't substitute anything in the meals they come as ordered okay if that's true I understand why didn't you tell me that in the first place instead of letting me pay for it and get all the way home to realize that the mistake has been made and my son getting all upset because we have to go all the way back into and to fix which again was no big deal people make mistakes he did not have to be rude about it and he certainly could have told me that in the first place cuz we would have left and went to a place that that does substitute things in the children's meals or any meal for that matter which I thought was a common thing in restaurants. Either way we won't return anytime soon to the Timberlake locationI just thought I'd let everybody else know so that way they don't make the same mistake and have unhappy children with cold food from having to return to get the...
Read moreThe AI is cool, but a little difficult to navigate if you have a question outside of the norm - which is to be expected with a prompt-fed tool. I pulled up to the window and my order was 10.50. The woman didn't greet me and just said '10.50' which was whatever. I paid 11 dollars in cash. The woman at the counter asked if I had 50 cents. I said no - expecting for them to just break it and give me 50 cents as change. The woman stared at me and said 'Really? You don't have 50 cents?' I stated that I either had a card or more cash, but no change. I asked if they had 50 cents and she said 'you first - show me your money'. I said no. She left the window open after staring me down a little longer, proceeded to loudly complain about me to the rest of her team, then verbally stated that she was somehow doing me a favor by getting me change.
It felt pretty disrespectful and I don't think there was a single moment where customer service was utilized by that employee. I do want to also note that while the employee was complaining about me they stated to their team that they should definitely be going home early - I'm assuming this is because they were not properly equipped mentally to deal with their shift at the moment and I would have to agree.
Order was placed via drive-thru around 1200 on 20250224 for a...
