Lee Asian Bistro — Restaurant in Lynden

Idk who wrote 1-star, but if you enjoy other top Asian or Thai spots such as Asian 1, On Rice, or Goji Bistro, then this place will hit the mark surely! The vegetables are cooked tender but not mushy, chicken is quality and cut right, the fried rice is truly fried, as you can see the color and taste the flavor from a light char in the wok pan. My wife and I no longer need to travel to Bellingham for our Thai fix. Thank you for placing yourselves in Lynden! This establishment will be receiving much of our money.

We picked up food from here last night and got the Mongolian dish, Pad Thai, and Fried Rice. It was enough to feed 2 adults and 3 kiddos, and still have leftovers for later that evening and lunch for me today. My daughter made me go. Normally, I expect a deep fried meat, can't ever tell the difference between pork or chicken. Then, topped with a gelatinous sauce of food color and sugar, and some slimy, over cooked vegetables. I WAS WRONG! Everything was fresh, veggies crisp, meat tender, and just enough sauce. The portions were large enough that I had leftovers and the price was reasonable. The service was amazing, my glass was never empty, the food arrived in reasonable time and the young man serving was friendly. He looked at you when you spoke, spoke clearly and easily. Not what you normally get with kids these days, when they look anywhere but your eyes and mumble. All around, it was a great experience. That doesn't seem to happen anymore. (Updated) 1st time, had a great experience! A family of 4 (2 very small children) shared 2 main dishes and 1 app with leftovers.

Loved the flavors and portions. Did need extra meat which is a side you can order easily. Clean, open seating. 2 tvs usually sports a plus for us, but not necessarily a deal breaker for us.

Good location. You can definitely taste the fresh food and ingredients and they offer hot oil at table so you can order anything with no spice (for kidos) and add your own.

I can't wait to go back to try new dish's!

2nd time: amazing people, fast service, tried new dishes. Mongolian beef with crispy beef is to die for and the sauce (drool) sooooo good!

Nothing is bad and adding extra meet is a plus i love shrimp on everything and sides are worth it (not everwhere)

Will definitely keep coming back and more...
