If I could this would be a no start. I order 5/15/18 I had the 4pc chicken w/ 2 catfish & a additional wing with sauce. So that’ll be 5 wings & 2 fish oh and let’s not forget I asked for double fries no slaw. When I got my food I get in the car to get a piece of the fish and noticed there was only 3 wings. I go back in tell them my ticket number which was number 4. He takes my box and replace everything. I get a new box with my fish in it my bread no longer with it & my fries just a regular serving not the double with no sauce on the fries either. But because they explain how these are employees in training I didn’t care and wasn’t going to make the fuss about the double fries I was ready to go. I had another box one which was small so I couldn’t tell if it was 5wings in there. So I asked him to put the sauce on my food please and that he did that. As i leave and now at work I only had 4 wings and not my five. I called up there the person who answered the phone wasn’t professional at all. He told me the manager was busy and I told him that does not matter I would still like to speak with them I’m a paying customer and I’m unsatisfied. The manager gets on the phone I explained to him I just came in a second time because my 1st order was messed up and my order is still messed up. I tell him what I had and he explains to me to come back up and they’ll fix it. I told him I couldn’t I’m at work I’m just letting them know I was charged for an extra wing and did not received it. He explained that I can come back up another day and get it remade all over again. I get up here and she (the other manager I guess) say he didn’t write make new meal over he wrote missing 1 extra wing so that’s what she can give me. And I explained no that’s okay. Because why would I come back for just 1 wing when y’all messed up twice not just an employee but management as well. If that was the case my 1.50 could have been given back. It’s not about the 1.50 it’s about the principal. They really need to get their stuff together. I will NEVER EVER go to the B&M on mayfield & I will be telling everyone else not...
Read moreMy order was 6 chicken wings a double fries and ginger ale where total was $19.26. Food tasted like pork and can tell it was mixed with pork. Chicken also over cooked. They use digital ordering and there is no sign that’s says food contents could be mixed. I can’t eat nothing pork. As soon as I ate food I got sick and I’m still currently down. Atmosphere is nice only because it involves tech but no interaction. Mind your health and don’t eat here
Reply to Terry's response. I called and there was no answer. Separate fryers and smokers does not stop cross contamination. There is a HUMAN in the process making decisions. Cross contamination can occur when someone uses utensils, towels to wipe utensils, gloves, or splatters food in other food, etc. The tase of pork was in my food and clearly someone needs a lesson in customer service and food preperation. Also, even though you claim the food is prepared with timers, were the timers and heat settings set correctly? Timers mean nothing if the food is not cooked at the correct temperature. That's how food poisoning can occur.
UPDATE 10/17: As the owner's (Terry) response was removed after my reply above was made on 10/15, I am posting a photo of what the reply was to along with the kiosk receipt. Also, updating the rating of Atmosphere from 2 to 1 because the atmosphere is not only related to the physical location, amenities , and ambience. It also involves the internet presence. Read moreThis a very sad day. I was treated so rude, belligerent and nasty at this location. I ordered center ribs and asked to see them first. The girl with the large keloid on her face got upset when I asked where were the tops of the ribs. She told me we cut them off. Take them or order something else! I requested my money back because nothing changed hands. She pointed to the no refund sign that is no where near the place order register, and says, "Take it or order". I asked if Tony owned this location. She replied, no, his brother." I asked for his number and she replied that she was a owner, you'll only talk to me. I asked questions. She told me I was annoying and disruptive, to get out or she would call the cops. I told her to call because I have the right to ask questions. It was not my intention to upset her. She said, GET OUT! She still hadn't given me the food. I requested it and told her I'll never come back. She threw her hand in the air and walked away. I got home to finally eat and the meat was so tough and crispy. The cole slaw was watery. We couldn't eat the mess! Money down the drain. HORRIBLE service and day.
