Experience:
I called today at 1:55pm. I asked if they had delivery. The guy on the phone said "yes, but I don't have a delivery driver until after 2." I said "Ok, so...." (because, in my mind, I thought perhaps he could take the order since it was only 5 minutes before 2, he could take the order). He said "You want to just call back after 2?". I said ok. Whatever. Maybe he wasn't looking at the clock. Maybe he didn't realize what time it was. It wasn't a huge deal, and I really wanted some pizza and they are the first place I found that is close AND delivers.
I called back at 2:12. Same guy answered the phone. I said I wanted to place an order for delivery. He sighed heavily, then went silent. I said "Hello??". He asked for my name and proceeded with the order. I guess 12 minutes after 2pm wasn't enough time? Whatever. I was hungry. He was nicer as the conversation went on. I ordered a pizza and a garden salad. He handed the phone to someone else to take my credit card info. The guy taking my credit card seemed like a really nice guy. But he read my cc number back to me out loud, number by number. And also repeated the expiration date out loud. Not just repeated it, but counted the months out loud. I can only hope there were no customers in earshot. If my credit card number is stolen, I know who to blame.
I asked for an ETA on the food. He said 35-45 minutes. I was cool with that because I didn't feel like leaving the house to get food. And I really wanted pizza.
Food:
Pizza arrived in the time expected. Yaaay! I looked at it to make sure the order was correct. It looked delicious. I looked at the garden salad. I noticed it has pepperoni on it. I haven't eaten meat in 13 years, and I haven't eaten pork in 23 years. PEPPERONI. I said to the delivery guy, "I see there's pepperoni on the salad?". He says "Just two". Oh ok. That makes it all better. It's just two. :-/ I would expect meat on an antipasto salad, but not a garden salad. Garden usually implies that all ingredients are from a garden. So non-meat eaters, beware. Ask for your garden salad to be meatless.
The pizza tasted good. Like, it's an 8 out of 10 on the gluten free pizza scale. And if you're gluten free, you know good gf pizza can be hard to find. So I will give them that. It's yummy. Also...FYI...there's an extra $5.00 charge for gf crust.
After all is said and done, I don't think I'd go back again. The pizza was good, yes. But the surprise pepperoni on the salad was enough to turn me off because I started to think...if they're so nonchalant about meat on a salad, did they really take care to make sure my pizza was entirely meatless. Did they wash their hands and/or change gloves between making a pizza with meat and making mine? It's a risk I'm not willing to take. Some meat eaters won't understand that that's fine. I'm posting this for my...

If you are gluten-free and miss pizza, like real, not-grocery-store-frozen-pizza, and you live on the east side of Cleveland, give Tasty Pizza a visit. The crust is thin and crunchy, not necessarily my favorite crust style but it's GF and NOT gummy/sandy/dense/falling apart.
I wasn't sure how to rate the service, because coming here isn't about service. They do what they're good at (make pizza) and basically leave you alone. You grab whatever drink you want (including beers and even bottles of wine) from the refrigerators in front, order your pizza, and have a seat wherever to wait for your food. You grab your own dishes and silverware and hang out with your family/friends, watch the TV, or use the free WiFi. And when you're done, you pay up front and leave. Simple...

This is an old-school pizza joint: you order at the front counter, grab a drink out of the well-stocked refrigerator and grab a seat. In a few minutes, they deliver your piping hot pizza.
Can get crowded Thursday-Friday-Saturday night but otherwise wide open seating.
Takeout hasn't worked well for me: it's cramped--so uncomfortable to get in there, get someone's attention (the cooks are also taking the orders most of the time), wait if you need to, and get out of there. They use flimsy boxes so the pizza is cold and sticking to the box by the time you get home, and lucky if it hasn't flipped over...
