Been coming here for a few months now. Have had nothing but good things to say so far. Normally the service is great. Which is a shocker because good service is hard to come by at a lot of establishments these days. So, tonight I get there at 9:50 on the dot. They close at 10:00. There was no greeting, no "hello", no "sorry, we closed early tonight". I'm literally at the counter and there's food still in the containers. And, the tall employee says "We closed!" So, while I'm responding by saying, "Oh, you closed..." He cuts me off by saying again, "Yup, we closed!" and b lines it to the back. What I was actually trying to say was "Oh, you closed early tonight?" Because I was trying to guage what kind of operation they're running. So, not only do they close earlier than the hours that are given, they were extremely rude in the process. Well, let me not say "they". It was only the one tall young man in particular. I didn't get a response from them as they were ignoring me as they walked to the back. One employee who seemed more sensible who was standing by the front door saw my frustration and said calmly, "yes sir, we closed early tonight" as I walked out. In many cases it's always just a matter of time before an establishment goes down hill. I'm guessing this place is in that same space currently. I normally give a little tip and thank them for their excellent service. Not anymore. Also, as I've been writing this in the parking lot, I've watched 3 more people walk in, then walk out empty handed. Turned them down as well. That's potentially $50 turned away within 10 minutes. Also, the dead bolt to the front door isn't lined up correctly. So, the door is technically open right now. It's 10:15. 😂 I took a picture. If management wants to see the picture, I'll definitely share it.

Read moreSo glad I went the week they opened. That’s when the general manager and all the higher ups were there running around making sure everything was running smooth I guess. So here three weeks later and it’s just as bad as Boston market was before it closed. Staff on top of each other and yet we got in line at 6:26pm and paid for our food at 6:43pm. The counters were disgusting, the young lady putting rice into the bowls was dropping it all into the other selections. The young man putting the vegetables on top of your food, who clearly had the expression that he did not want to be there, just stared, didn’t say what can I get for you how may I help you not anything, just stood there and stared until I said what I wanted. They were dripping, the queso and sauces down the sides of the containers, just sloppy and clearly not caring about presentation. The side of the food containers they didn’t wipe off until I asked them to. It’s really amazing how fast the customer service and quality of workers can go down in an establishment that hasn’t even been open for 30 days. If I go back, it will definitely be before all those kids get out of school and come to their afterschool jobs. I think the manager needs to stay...
Read moreI was in at 715 last night. This is the second time I have come here in two weeks where my online order was missing sides and chips . The first time I brushed it off as they just opened but this time not only was I missing the items, when I sent my 16 year old to get the items he was ignored for 10 mins. Following this I came inside and the same thing happened to me , finally I was able to get someone. I was immediately told they were out of the quac ( the quac that it let me order btw ) and then she went through two more people just to get my sides and chips . After all said and done took over 20 mins to get these 3 items . When I got home all three meals we ordered were a mess , hardly any toppings and about 7 pieces of chicken in one one about 6 steak on another and not to mention the $5.95 chips that I was missing were only filled about 1/4 the way up , completely a sloppy mess. As much as the missing food and lack of food was a pain , the biggest complaint I have here was the lack of customer service from everyone in there including a visible manager on the line .
