Carvel — Restaurant in Lyndhurst

I went to this carvel several times The first time the icecream tasted kinda watered down like icy. The second time it tasted like a custard The third time was back to diluted . The 4th time i purchased an ice cream cake for $27 when i got home i realized after opening the box the cake was half the size ut should have been. I will not go back. Once you have had Hackensack carvel you realize lyndhurst is not good in quantity or quality and they are more expensive. Hackensack has every wed buy one get one free...

I go here during any season in a way to share something special with my wife and kids. It's always well stocked and the staff is nice and willing to help so the kids don't go crazy. They give samples too. There is only outside seating and sometimes there's a little mess there, so we try to always clean up after ourselves. That might be the only thig that can be be improved about thia place. Other than that, the patrons are really friendly...

I took my son to this carvel for ice cream today and we both felt sick after eating the ice cream. We had a vanilla cone with sprinkles which left a bad taste in our mouths. Not sure if the ice cream or ingredients used were old, but the ice cream was the worst tasting ice cream I’ve ever eaten! Not to mention the place looked dingy and run down and the customer service people behind the counter weren’t very friendly. Thumbs down...
