Horrible service! we made an order online using the EAT24 app. 1 hour and 40 minutes later I got a call to my cellphone asking for my address which was provided at the beginning of the order. and that the order will be available in 10 more minutes. The top time in this is 45 minutes. On top of that this same phone call was made twice to my cell phone and to my husbands cellphone. after too much argument requesting to cancel the order. we were told that the order came in late from the APP PEOPLE EAT 24 and that therefore it was not their fault and wont cancel it. I had online the people of EAT24 app who said that this lying people told him that we wanted to keep the order. so I ask who is lying here? and that I will give a review of this bad service and this person said...give them to whoever you like.... I work at the urgent care in town and this is our go to pizza spot. Food is delicious and always arrives at a speedy rate. However, today the delivery woman was very rude and condescending. She wasn't aware that I paid for my order online, no big deal. I attempted to tip her but she didn't have change. I then noticed that my drink was missing. When I mentioned it to her, she said "you did not order a drink. Call the store yourself" & got in her car and drove away. I was shocked because I've personally never had a bad experience with anyone in the food industry and I'm always nice and respectful. When she came back with my beverage, she handed it to me and said "here you go" and walked off. Not sure why the attirude was necessary. My son been picking up same type of pizza slice( cheese witg 1 topping) for few month and was always charged 3 dollars. Tonight he picked up samd slice and they charged him 4 dollars. When he got back home he called tge store to question if this was a recent increase in prices, he should of asked when he was charged but oh well. Once he started saying he just picked up a regular slice with one topping and was charged 4 dollars they hang up the phone. I called from my phone to inquire about same thing and that time they answered that yes gourmets slice is 4 dollars. I am not sure what is gourmets about plain slice with bacon, and how you increase a slice from 3 to 4. It didn't make sense and they unfortunately just tried to take advantage of a 13 year old to make 1 extra dollar.
