Updated Review: I have been going to Michael’s for about 6-7 years now. The food is great and I have always thoroughly enjoyed the sandwiches and the mixed salad platters. The service could use some work and after my visit today, I don’t know how comfortable I feel returning. Last month I stopped in to pick up a cold items assortment similar to the one in photo with the olives and red peppers, only difference being the March order had Mozz balls and pasta in it and todays order did not have any mozz or pastas. My order in March was 24.40. Today I was charged almost $50 for the same type of platter and was told it was due to tariff increases. So in a months time tariffs have caused a 40-50% increase on the same order I was placing just a few weeks ago? This seems like price gouging to me and like a business I trusted is taking advantage of its customers with less than reasonable pricing changes. On top of all that I also ordered a tuna salad off the menu on their website, the description on website reads as follows “Baby greens with olive oil packed tuna, tomatoes, cucumbers, thin crispy string beans, red onions and calamata olives, mixed with extra virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon” as you can see by photo it was not at all as advertised, no olives, no crispy string beans and was extremely underwhelming. Disappointed with the service received and how it was handled. Original Review: Michael’s is a fave stop for lunch. Location is clean, service is quick, did not notice a lot of seating but a great takeout place for a quick bite. As far as sandwiches go I have tried their roast beef, chicken parm, and various deli meats with fresh mozzarella - all great options and the sandwiches are quite large. They also have a great selection of salads, pastas, olives, and seafood to choose from and I love to mix and match.

Well ! Customer service was great! It was a fast moving line with awesome help. ( always a good thing when there’s a line !! ) I ordered a few different things today. 1 being a delicious sandwich with fresh chicken & mozz cheese, arugula & balsamic glaze ! Bread pudding which was meant for after dinner but was eaten before .. also phenomenal. Lasagna, stuffed peppers, string beans & pasta salad which were all a perfect combo for dinner. Appetizer, dinner & dessert at a reasonable price.. great place to go when you’re in need of a quick bite or a planned/ unplanned dinner !! Thanks for being so kind. 😊 Can’t wait to come back in !!

Michael’s was highly recommended to me, and I totally get why it’s a neighborhood favorite. The guys working were super nice and helpful. They sold me on the roast beef as it’s made in house. After careful consideration I went with the roast beef with Asiago cheese, arugula, and garlic Mayo. The sandwich was a little dry, but the garlic mayo was insane. I’d drink it through a straw. The roast beef was good, but I was expecting to be wow’d and I wasn’t. Nonetheless, a tasty sandwich. I also grabbed a few rice balls while they had some available. Outstanding!

Usually I do not write a review unless a place is truely outstanding, or not worth the trip. When ever I try out any place, I will usually ask them to make me there reccomendation, if it's good, ill go back if not, well... This place was great, I was greated with a smile and a "how are ya" once i got to the register, the sandwich that was reccomend was great- only a few times befote have I ever had so much different flavors standing out in one bit, the mozzerel was rich and one could tell by the flavor and texture that it was fresh and homeade, the chicken wasn't over powering and everything just seemed to mix so well, even the vinegret did have that strong over powering flavor it usually has. Deffinetly one of the best places I have been to, might just make...
