Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lynn Haven

My wife and I usually are pleased with the quality of the food we get, as well as the service overall and the accuracy of which our orders are made, but that would not be the case for an order we placed last night (May 14th, 2025). We ordered a couple of pies w/ garlic knots and a side of loaded tots. Those were good, but the pizzas were not. My thin crust pizza was very dry; I understand with it being a thin crust pizza, less sauce is to be expected, but it was beyond the point of exception. It really was like eating cardboard. My wife had ordered a hand tossed pizza with 3 toppings, one of those being mushrooms. There was less than a handful of mushrooms on her pizza, so before I left the store I asked Alec, the manager on duty, if I could purchase an extra side of mushrooms. This had never been a problem before - in the past, they happily put some mushrooms or other topping we requested more of into a pasta container and put it through the oven, no big deal, but last night she basically refused to do this for me, it seemed almost as if she just didn't want to do it. Maybe because it was late at night? Nonetheless, I was not asking for much, just some extra mushrooms that I was willing to pay for. I told her this had never been an issue before, but it seems this was too much for that particular manager to handle. She simply said she "cannot do it" and that was that. All of this resulted in a less than satisfactory pizza night...

Beware when ordering from this location. My daughter order pizza delivery, she arrived minutes after UPS delivered 4 packages to my porch. I walked out as she was pulling out of the driveway, she said she tried to knock but nobody answered. As I was grabbing the boxes she was steady trying to leave before my daughter could even tip her. I carry the pizza in and turn around to grab the boxes and carry them in. My daughter was also expecting a box so we start looking at the names and hers is missing. After much looking around she pulls up the delivery photo that shows that all 4 packages were delivered but miraculously in a matter of 2 mins it disappeared. There were 3 people on my porch me, my daughter and the driver named Chrystal. We call Domino's and explain everything to the manager including that I have cameras as well as a sign that says "smile your on camera" The manager ask Chrystal while we are on the phone if she took a package and of course she denies it. I say she has 30 mins to return it or we will be calling the police. To which she says, we'll just send the police up here then. So you are welcome for your new temp comforter Crystal, silly girl should have gotten the bigger box you could have had a spanking new Michael Kors purse. And to the manager that handled this absolutely poorly, you are a sorry excuse for a manager. We will be calling Corp regarding your lack of concern swell as you inability to handle...

I’m not a huge Dominos fan because because their pizza is not my taste. However, they do have a few things on their menu I enjoy. The stuffed cheesy bread, lava cakes and cheese bowl dip. Well since the new loaded tots came out I was trying to try them. Well this past Thursday I was like, oh today is the day. I’m gonna try these tots! Boy was I so disappointed. The lack of care whomever put these together. I also work in a pizza place and even on my worst days, I still make sure customers have a pleasant experience. I felt this employee may of been annoyed or something. It was inedible. I ordered the stuffed bread, cheesy dip (good as always), then two loaded tots (see attached picture and the lava cakes. So the lava cakes were good however the frosting that came with it had a busted seal and the texture was crusty and their was a tiny weevle bug in it. Things happen, I understand but it made me lose my appetite immediately and I just threw the lava cakes and frosting away. As for the tots. The loaded cheese one was okay but lacking flavor and portion was wayyy smaller then advertised and I think they forgot the Alfredo on it but the bacon and cheese loaded tots were terrible!! It was sloppy, over ranched and had maybe 2 pieces of bacon on it. The bottom was burnt and hard. I couldn’t even eat it. This is my 2nd bad experience with this Dominos at this location and I think I’m done giving them my money. $42 plus $10 tip....
