Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lynn

Since when is the door locked at 10:40 PM when a familiar long time customer is clearly headed towards the door you are locking and then you turn and walk away? Not last night anyway. The usual time is 10:50 and that's reasonable.Once my rewards are gone, so am I. Today is December 19th.

There is nothing more frustrating than having to need and ask for an extra copy of a receipt, aka "backup reprint," from a server who is not fully trained in all aspects of the register. What's worse is that no one else on the shift can do it either. They said that the registers can't do it for a mobile order. Your registers at Lewis St. can do it, but not Boston St. where management resides on a daily basis. The receipt was for mobile order #234 on 3/19/24 today. I was at Lewis St. and mistakenly placed my order for Boston St. instead. This is the second or third time asking for a backup reprint since remodeling Boston St. and was not an issue in the old store.

Dunkin' on Lewis St. has become my favorite go-to for a while now, because there is no shortage of efficiency on the late afternoon and evening shifts. Those peeps have my order ready within a minute of ordering before I even exit my car after placing my order. I do not expect such a high level of efficiency, but WOW for them. I am never in a hurry and tell them to take care of other customers first before me. I love to unwind in my car for a long while there. I am also a long time customer for Dunkin' in Lynn going back to the 1970s.

If Dunkin' is your favorite then this Dunkin' and the other locations under AIC Mgt. will easily become your favorite place to go for coffee. They have been my favorite for years. AIC Mgt. exemplifies how success is achieved by a family owned business. They are in the true sense of the words, a class act with lasting integrity.

Recently, I did the survey from the survey code on my receipt to point out one of their best employees. Everything said here can also be said about many of the employees at this location. So, keep up the good work peeps!

It's nice to see he is now a Shift Leader. He handles his responsibilities with accuracy, courtesy, efficiency, and being friendly. He is a great asset to this store. It's always a pleasure to be served by him and his team at the Drive Thru. I always look forward to checking in on them to see how they are all doing. I consider them as extended family. I like this Dunks the avacado toast with bacon is really good the blue cooladas are like slush puppies but no tiny chunks of ice but not as slushy as a Ritchie's really tasty and thirst quenching. Muffins are always super fresh and moist last visit I had corn with butter warmed up. Coffee always taste really fresh. Plenty of seating . They just renovated so I had to get pictures in front the huge wall that says Lynn the place looks great modern and clean my top pick of all locations I been in I think this one is the most modern and newly renovated the employees are bubbly and sweet was my vibe...

I got to the drive thru a little bit before 9pm, I waited 4 minutes to be asked what I’d like to order. I tried to order something small to eat and the girl told me the kitchen was closed, even though google says they close at 11pm, so I just order my drink, as I pull up behind the customer in front me I hear them laughing out loud about me attempting to order food at that time. When it was my turn to pay she turned her back on me and spoke with another employee who was also laughing before taking my payment 2 minutes later. She had draids and the other young girl...
