Ordered Uber eats from them I ordered breakfast this morning and ordered a muffin and a big breakfast I only got a hash brown and they put the syrup in there for the nonexistent hotcakes I was supposed to get one big breakfast with hotcakes one iced mocha one blueberry muffin all I got was the blueberry muffin in the iced mocha and a hash brown like seriously You can’t pack a bag up right I barely ever order fast food and I did an Uber eats for breakfast because I didn’t feel like making anything and I was hungry and it was Sunday and I thought I was going to do like a treat for myself and I spent $30 for an iced coffee and a muffin Oh and can’t forget the hash brown I would also like to say that I uninstalled Uber eats because the Uber eats and Lynn having just moved from Peabody is the worst service I have ever received through Uber eats I lived in Peabody and Danvers for years never had a problem with Uber eats since I moved to Lynn Massachusetts I’ve had orders with receipts ripped off them in half my order gone and then another thing happened and Uber refused to pay the difference you charged me almost $30 for an iced mocha and a muffin oh yeah And a hash brown No compensation from the owner of the franchise I ordered food from you that I did not get it and was charged money for things I did not get it I will never use Uber eats again and it’s a Lynn a really bad name because I’ve never had a problem with Uber eats since I...
Read moreThis location is a hit or miss. The people that take the orders in the drive-thru barely speak English and very short /rude. We order the same thing everyday and they have a difficult time understanding our order. We order very simple things. They don't understand regular sugar instead of liquid sugar in an ice coffee. Half the time our order is wrong when go there. Also, for a short period of time we kept getting charged different prices which we couldn't understand. one employee said maybe they charged extra for the extra cream? After that the price was always the same price. There are a few people that work in the pick up window which are extremely nice. We ask for an condiment at the pickup window and the employee says it's in the bag which it was not! They seem to want to rush you instead of making sure you have everything is correct. Also, if you make a change on a food item they barely make it correct. They end up making it regular. I think if the people making the food can't speak English how are they going to be able to read English if there is a change oñ the item. Some how we need to help them to understand so we the customer doesn't get upset when they can't make a simple change (like no cheese, onions or pickles & it's all over it). Onions you can take off but onions have a powerful taste sometimes. This location definitely needs to make...
