Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Lynnwood

I'll try and make this short but its kinda a big deal to me. I have been going to this Starbucks since it opened. I dont drink it but i get my wife latte' s everyday. So my best guess is it started 2 months ago. Let me Preference this by saying I am a very open minded person. I dont judge people based on their race, religion, or sexual orientation. I went through the drive through a few months back and the girl working the drive through was a transgender girl. Never thought anthing about it because i dont care, I view everyone the same. We are all humans trying to live our life. With that said, that day i was sporting my make America great again shirt. She gave me the stink eye and was very short and disrespectfull. Please note i have been through there many times and had many interactions with her that were always pleasant. After that she was very short with me and very rude. I didn't think much of it, just thought she was having a bad day or after a while bad days. Then my wife complained to me that her coffee tasted like soap. Again didnt think much of it at the time. It happened over and over again and i didnt understand why. The common thred was the same person working the drive through. So everything came to a head today. I placed my order through the drive through. Pulled up to pay and it was the same barista she is transgender girl that didn't like my Trump shirt few months back. It all kinda clicked the soap in our cups, the very Condesending attitude. What baffles me is I was always nice to her just like everyone else that works there. So anyways today after pulling up to the window to pay. I said hey how u doing today its really hot out. Responce "yep" didnt think anything of it. Gave her 6 dolars for a 5.49 Venti ice 7 pump vanilla latte. What happened next will blow your mind. She strait up took the chsnge and Threw it at me in my truck in the drive through. Hitting me and said very Condescendingly sorry. I didnt have my coffee at this point so i got mad and pulled out of the drive through and parked. Went in there to confront her and the manager. I was very unimpressed with the way the manager handled it. He got her to come over and give me another apology that was very unsincere condescending And a waste of time. she didn't mean it. I still don't understand why she did it. what her reason was she couldnt even answer that. her responses was sorry it will never happen again. When I asked her what did I do to offend you and make you do something like that she just ignored me put her hands on her hip and walked away. Im not happy with the way...

Drinks were amazing, I'm a partner, so I gave my partner numbers to this lady with short blonde hair, she asked me what store I worked at and I told her it was on highway 99 edmonds, she kept asking me what my store was called and I didn't understand, I gave her the option to see my ID, but she didn't want that? she kept asking me what my store was called, and apparently, all starbucks have names for their stores, like edmonds starbucks or medowdale starbucks? I don't even know. She just kept asking me over and over again about my store, and the whole experience was very confusing, and I couldn't understand why she was pressuring me when I told her the location of my store. Just to clarify, I couldn't tell if she was asking just out of curiosity or for confirmation that I actually worked at starbucks. I don't want to assume anything, it's just strange that none of my answers about where I worked satisfied her and she kept trying to get an answer out of me, I just had a long day and did...

More spacious than most Starbucks. Coffee is good. But I just can't give it 5 stars because of two problems I had. The chairs are just not at all comfortable. This is enough to drop the one star but something disturbing was happening with the WiFi. I use a T-Mobile android. My father found their privacy policy unacceptable, so he asked to use my WiFi Hotspot. I found it utterly impossible to prevent the "Google Starbucks" WiFi from killing my Hotspot and turning on my WiFi over and over. I would drop another star for that, but I can't be sure whether the problem is with my phone or the WiFi. Even rebooting the phone did not work. Two pluses are that the single person bathrooms are unisex. No silly waiting in line with one...
