Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in South Gate

I wished I could give this location high marks but unfortunately listening and making it as ordered is not in their vocabulary.

Simple order 2 all beef hot dogs cooked a little long than usual, and one piece of cheese cut in half.

Not cooked to order and cheese was put on the hot dog in the middle short edge instead of laying it the length of the hot dog would have been idea. They justify the way it was did the way it was serve as that's the way we do it.

Now I say this who puts a piece of cheese in the middle so on either end you eat no cheese until the middle at least if it were laid length wise I would've gotten more of my cheese taste after one bite instead of 2 on either end..

All other locations were able to get this right the first time.. maybe I was not clear maybe I should gotten the whole cheese and this would be a mute point.

Oh this is not Berger King and you can't get it...

Stars don't count memories! 5 stars because when you bite into that chili cheese dog, you are transported back to the early 70's, skateboarding to derWienerschnitzel in the grey California haze (smog) with a pocketful of change... I think they were 3 for $1. And they are still the same. The saltyness of the chili, the American cheese melted deep inside, the steamed bun with exactly the right bite, and an order of fries to scrape off the excess chili. Great stuff. There are times that a good chili dog is better...

I'm so upset right now I wasted 30 minutes in line at this wienerschnitzel's for them to tell me that their system is down so I didn't get any food for lunch then while I'm sitting there they're slow as hell and they have a B in their window I will never go back again. Service is for sorry, they could at least told me and I can at least go somewhere else for my lunch but no they kept trying and trying for 30 minutes instead of informing the person that's waiting for...
