La Michoacana — Restaurant in Lynwood

I visited Michoacán Ice Cream with my family, expecting a sweet treat to celebrate. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by a rude worker. She had this perpetual stank face, and her attitude was palpable from the moment we walked in. When we went to pay, she attempted to overcharge us, charging 40 dollars more than the actual price. The owner intervened, apologized, and corrected the bill, but the damage was done. To make matters worse, the ice cream itself was a letdown. The boinico, especially the papaya, was bitter - not at all what we expected from a place who should be aware of the freshness of their produce. The worker's behavior and disappointing products made for a terrible experience. And to add insult to injury, it was my birthday, and now the whole day feels ruined. Maybe work on your customer service skills, those stank faces, and quality control, and we'll talk. Happy birthday...

Yesterday night took my 5 kidss wanting to get something good to snack on spend 68 dollars which don’t even matter because I thought it was Gonna be good quality we ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. I couldn’t stop vomiting after I ate a Durito preparado . Then my daughter started vomiting after she got the Takis Elote also my son got a lot an elote When I tasted Immediately, I noticed that the flavor was just water. It was gone. It was there for a long time. It was horrible They don’t use gloves to prepare food . I will go and ask for my money back as soon as I feel better and take also my Hospital papers. I stood by waiting for the cash register to work. It took about 30 mins. Staff couldn't understand me, nor I them. But she wanted me to run my card again after I already swiped it twice.
