Under The Blade Barbershop — Local services in South Gate

Well the haircuts are pretty cool but honestly in my opinion they need to work on their customer service and greed their customers better make them feel welcomed I think being on their personal phones while having a customer there is pretty disrespectful bc they talk on their phones they laugh etc and the min they get off their phones it’s like not even a smile to the customer makes you feel not even wanna go back .. one more thing I must share I took my boys here and my son started getting little weird bumps on his head I took him to the dr bc I noticed they started spreading the dr said it was a skin infection that is pass from person to person and more likely he got it wherever he got his haircut I mean it’s not deadly I’m sure it happens often in many places but still they started spreading and He had to get topical antibiotics .. I love this place the haircuts are awesome but please work on you’re customer service and disinfect you’re machine n supplies .. If I could give this place no stars I would...this barber shop isn't the same anymore back when we came a couple years ago...the barbers they don't care without an appointment you will be waiting 30 min max and if a barber has an appointment from another person and he is running late he couldn't even cut my hair while the other person is running late he was done with a client didn't even want to cut my hair ke and 3 other people were just sitting there and the female barber slow very slow had bad technique messed up the guys beard I can see...

The worst barbershop to go to the don't ask u if u need help or have been helpt. There customer service is bad and they chat among them self instead of helping other customer's.
