The rudest girl at the counter. Canceled my order which was free with my rewards points. My husband went to get my food and he was a bit upset since I told him there was no payment needed. The girl at the counter charged him for it when he added a soda. She then tells me my order was canceled because I took too long. I've never had any kind of problem at this location. Told her we wanted our money back and she said no. You just took our money! How are you going to tell me that you guys just don't do refunds. What kind of place doesn't refund especially after it was their mistake. She could've told us that it had been canceled. How is she going to hand him my order with my name after she said she had cancelled it already. It wouldn't have been there to begin with. She was so rude and disrespectful. Didn't even try to help or fix anything. Never eating pizza but ever again. If I could give no stars I would. Hope this "manager" fixes her attitude. I doubt she even was a manager the way she handled...

Ordered today. Two pizzas and new Smores dessert pie. One pizza good. The other looked like it had been dropped or delivery driver was driving sideways on 2 wheels. Toppings all over the place on one side and one half just a empty mess. Immediately called back. Long story short I was given full refund and free pizza. Definitely bot my goals in life, but hey I'm paying not asking for free food. Seems like every time I ordered from here something not right So this is my conclusion, u might have a good or bad experience. But I won't be ordering from here every again. Too risky. The website is slow in placing an order. It takes time for the web pages to load, and by the time they load up. Its easy to touch a portion on the screen to make a mistake. Then you have to start over. Im not fond of the web order. Also the deals on the website varry to store. In which you are charged more on certain orders. Why cant the prices be the same. It makes no sence, its like you have to make an on line order, if you dont. You have to pay more. Just like using the debit card and being charged a fee? Really?
