Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Lyons Township

This was the worst customer service experience I ever had in my life. I went to the drive thru around 9PM to get ice cream. The man running the drive was rude right off the bat, but I just dealt with it to get my food and go. I pull up to the window, he hands me my ice cream made incorrectly, so I ask for it to be fixed. He tossed my change out the window at me, started yelling at me in some language I couldn't understand, before giving me back my ice cream. I left before it turned into a shouting match, but I WILL be taking this complaint to a corporate level. Just awful. I will never, ever go...

It's Baskin Robbins what's not to love. Excellent ice cream and a large variety. Service is quick and friendly. The prices are a bit higher than I prefer but you're paying for the name. It is convenient though, there are several places to grab a bite in the same "strip mall" kind of area. You can get dinner at one of them and pop into Baskin Robbins for your dessert. This is the worst place to get literally anything they supposedly have to offer at this location. No matter what time or day, they are always out of EVERYTHING.
