Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Lyons Township

Ive came to this bdubs go more than a few times, & ive never had such a poor experience here ever. First of all as I was walking in the employee was sitting in their car smoking weed and the parking lot reeked, then walked in smelling like it. They left a trainee on the register ALONE & he took 20 min to take me & the person i came with' order. After taking the order they usually hand the cups to fill our drink while we wait, and he never gave us our cups but he was walking away as I asked for my cups, & kept walking. Another employee stood in the bathroom for about 15 minutes and kept returning back to the bathroom multiple times. My friend had got their food before mine & when asking for utensils and ketchup the guy had an attitude when giving it to me. I said thank you and he looked away from me all crazy. Then when I had got my food, I had asked for the sauces to be separated from the boneless wings, & they did not, so i went back to the desk and asked to have it redone, & they gave me a dumb look and the lady was like "is this how you ordered your food?" I said yes and the guy said ok but are the garlic parmesan ones fine, and i said no, I wanted both of them separate , and he said again, "ok but these ones are fine?" I repeated myself and he stood there for a second with a look on his face and then brought it to the back. Then he brought them out With 2 conpletely different sauces, sweet bbq and teriyaki, when i literally ordered lemon pepper and and garlic parmesan. The pickles were fine, the fries were cold, then I went to bite into a chicken tender & it was still freezing cold so in conclusion, I will no longer be eating there and I would like a refund for my food, because $22 is not worth undercooked food and bogus service. My experience was the worst!!! I first called the place. No one answer thought to myself they are super busy when I get there , I purposely called. No one answered. The cook didn’t even greet me or say hey just give me one min they went to the restroom! the manager was in the bathroom , it took him about 15 mins to come out. I was honestly going to leave but he came out, so decided to stay and order , he attended me as he was on a FaceTime call. Didn’t care to hear my order. I asked for all flats he gave me drums too , asked for extra wet didn’t even hear me. Dry tasting like chemicals and not how I ordered them. They were overly cooked too hard as a rock Neither of them were wearing a hairnet. The gentleman in the back was cleaning the fryers. My wings came out tasting like chemicals. The manager still left the poor guy in the back alone and went to go get himself a drink and didn’t even apologize for the time there. Didn’t even eat the wings and spent almost $50. So disappointed. Was super excited to learn Buffalo Wild Wings was coming to the area although didn’t exactly know what to expect from a To Go location. Ordered pickup at the actually restaurant and it was a huge ordeal from the beginning. I pointed to the menu above the register and indicated what I wanted which was a meal of sorts. The person ringing me up said that was wrong even though the price and description was right above her head. Then when my meal was ready the manager handed me my order and when I went to check everything was there, was told she herself double checked it and showed me the red check marks on the receipt. I foolishly trusted that. Of course got home and there was no sauces for any of the meals (which to be honest is 90% of why we go there).
